Geek Squad delivered a LG refrigerator and hooked it up to the waterline, which was also purchased through Best Buy. The 2 guys were professional and did a good job installation the fridge. No issues!

We're replacing an older Samsung of same model. New refrigerator looks great and has great storage arrangement. Some wrote that the refrigerator was noisy, but that's not the case at all. It's very quiet compared to the last Samsung. You can hear the ice dropping and the water run as the ice tray refills, but it's not near as loud as units with the ice dispenser in the door. This one has the ice dispenser and bin in the bottom freezer, and there is an issue of ice falling out the back of the bin when the freezer door is opened. All you have to do is when getting ice, pull the ice toward the front of the bin, away from the back. No big deal and problem solved. You want the ice stacked in the front anyway for easier access. I took a star off the rating because of problems I was having at time of delivery with factory damage and/or quality. The first time, the left door had a blown/split seam on the lower edge. I wonder how it got out of the factory that way? The Best Buy delivery crew offered a discount if I would accept it, but I wanted a new refrigerator, not a used or reconditioned one. So they came out two weeks later with a new door. That door had a dent in it- it was an outie, meaning that somebody at the factory made the dent behind the panel and it showed on the front. Again, how did it get past quality control at the factory? Two weeks later they bought out another door. This one didn’t shut properly. I was tired of the door-swap game, so we made up an on-the-spot work-around and now it shuts properly, and everything is fine. Refrigerator- 5 stars. Quality from the factory- 3 stars. Best Buy delivery staff- 5 stars plus.

Proof that total tech has been more than worth it. First delivered fridge had major dent. Replacement arranged with in store staff. Delivery guys tried replacement of door with dent but electrical issues, so replaced the whole unit and set up done fast and professionally. Makes all the difference to have work done by Best Buy staff as opposed to others who use contractors.

Hello - well its day one. Service from Best buy has been terrific - the delivery went smoothly and the refrigerator was installed without a hitch. Although this unit is counter sized, it has terrific capacity. so lets wee how well it stands up and if there are any problems. Otherwise - very happy.

Installation was done on time and professionally. The team properly disposed of the old refrigerator and installed the water line on the new refrigerator.

Fast, hassle-free install of my new refrigerator, and disposal of the packaging. Hooked up to the water line, leveled, and configured.

The installation was excellent. Due to the size of the doorway, getting the refrigerator inside of the house was a challenge. The technicians worked hard to make sure the refrigerator was installed properly. They were both friendly and professional.

I bought a GE refrigerator and a week after delivery, the ice dispenser stopped working followed by the water. We informed Issac of this and he immediately put an order in for another fridge. We have had this new one now for approximately a month and so far so good. Issac was great. He was very pleasant to speak with, patient and helpful. I couldn’t be pleased more by his and Best Buy’s customer service. Now the way I feel about the fridge is still up in the air but as I stated before, so far so good.
