    2nd team that work for Best Buy were great. The 1st which were a third-party delivery did not seem to know what they were doing

    The delivery guy was awesome. Forgot his name but he took care of my freezer like that is his appliance. Every delivery guy should learn from him.

    The installers said they dont install them that i would have to get someone else to hook it up ! So needless to say i had someone else come in and hooked my old line up. Im taking this one back for a refund.i hope the geek aquad does better than the installers. If it tears up. Because i bought the ext. Warranty the product i dont know about but the installers were not up to par.

    It’s such a great value to have the ability to hire Best Buy and their team to install appliances for you! I wouldn’t have done it any other way!
