Not easy to clean.

Removing this shelf was extremely difficult and I finally got it out but not without breaking it. I contacted Samsung and they are sending a replacement. Terrible design!

Refrigerator

However, my neighbor came over and low and behold behind the refrigerator was a valve which Best Buy's representatives installed with the previous refrigerator.

Quick and easy

Delivery was all messed up (central processing in MN?) was out of sync from local scheduling. One example: after installation, we got an email asking if we wanted to reorder the "cancelled" refrigerator.

Not their fault
