Installation was a breeze, the guys were very nice and quick, job well done

First delivery was on point very detail, understanding, caring and provided excellent service. On my second delivery they were right on time, however giving knowledge or input to the guys it’s like saying I don’t want to hear what you say just let me do my job. Overall product is good

Delivery was on time, and the delivery men were careful unloading the refrigerator. They unpacked the shelves and placed them in their respective positions. They attached the door to open in the desired direction, and they leveled the appliance so that the doors would swing toward closing. Finally, they plugged in the appliance and made sure it was running on moderate settings.

They did a decent job. I’m very frustrated, though, that it’s not level. Leans forward so every time I open the freezer the drawer flies forward. And now it’s too heavy to adjust.

I ordered a new refrigerator for a rental property and scheduled it for delivery and installation. Our tenant was home to receive the delivery and installation. Your delivery and installation crew was fantastic and our tenants were very impressed with their professionalism, promptness and courtesy. The old refrigerator was in place when we bought the property. It had a working water and ice dispenser, so I didn't think I needed to pull it out and check behind it for a shut off valve. Although there was a water line, it turns out there was no shut off valve so I needed to schedule an appointment with our plumber before they could hook it up. The team was very courteous and patient while our tenant got us on the phone. We spoke with the installers directly and they were very understanding. I did ask if they could just leave the delivered refrigerator there, because our plumber could hook it up after he installed the shut of valve. We could take care of having the old refrigerator picked up and hauled away. I figured that would save them a trip back out to do a second delivery, and our tenants would have one less day of tradesmen in their unit. Unfortunately, they said they could not do that because that's not what they were scheduled to do. Once that shut off valve was installed, the second trip out to deliver and hook up the refrigerator was a different crew. Our tenants were very happy with this crew too. Overall very happy, but we could have saved them a second trip out had they had a little bit of flexibility.

Hook up was a breeze because I already had an existing waterline from my previous refrigerator. They had it installed in no time at all. No problems. Very happy.

Installation service was excellent. The crew took care in its installation. They did not appear to be rushing through with the job. They were thorough. They explained the products features and recommended what should be done in the initial days of ownership to ensure that the product breaks-in correctly.

They installed and took away the old fridge. Helped us understand how to use features. Went smooth.

Nice looking, lots of room and very functional frigde

The installers were so nice and quick with everything. They unhooked the old refrigerator and got it out and got the new one inside and hooked up in no time. They made sure they were very careful with our door (which had to be removed from the hinges) and the frame when removing the old refrigerator and when installing the new one.

The crew was professional and installation was quick. I was extremely impressed. They were knowledgeable and let me know how to get acquainted with my new fridge (how long it takes to reach temp, don't drink the water right away, etc.). Compared to a fridge installation we had gotten from a third party through Costco, our Best Buy experience was top notch. I will definitely be recommending friends buy their appliances from Best Buy in the future.

Seems like a quality refrigerator for the most part. Only issue was the installation. Not leveled when installed and the doors close on you when trying to pull something from it.

The gentlemen who installed my refrigerator were quick, yet efficient. Prior to leaving, they connected the waterline to ensure that it was operational.

They arrived early and set it all up quickly. Adjusted it to fit my space. Respectful workers. Didn’t want water hookup. Hoping it lasts longer. Like that doors hold magnets unlike my LG former fridge.

The installation was done very professionally and smoothly. One star deducted because the refrigerator was in the lock mode after the installers left so I had to figure out how to turn on the auto fill pitcher and make other adjustments.

Perfect fit to my garage, the only thing they had to do was plug it up
