Got a new fridge and purchased the install for it, well worth the buy to have someone else do the heavy lifting

FOUR CANCELLED APPOINTMENTS. I am still waiting, three weeks later, for my fridge. What a pain in the rear - I've unloaded my old fridge and prepped for delivery each time. But without even a phone call, the appointment is cancelled. What happened? Best Buy can't find the open box fridge I bought! So I had to buy a new fridge, at an additional cost of $700, losing the black Friday deals I got with the open box item, and it is STILL NOT HERE. I couldn't get any answers on the phone, so I drove to my local store and worked with a real human being to schedule delivery for a 5th time. Here's hoping it actually shows up this time. I'm so very disappointed in Best Buy. I upgraded my entire appliance bundle BECAUSE of the lower price on the fridge. And now those savings are gone, as is the 10% cash back deal for the credit card I opened on the day. Best Buy should have made this right for us, but instead we got $150 gift card for the inconvenience, and I still don't have a fridge. We have also taken off work each day to wait for the installation, so it's hit our vacation days - right at holiday time. Big boo. Thumbs-down.

All parts needed to connect to water line came with refrigerator. I did add a shutoff valve just for safety.

Came, dropped off the New refrigerator on time. Removed the old one. Very courteous and efficient. Couldn't be happier with the service provided.

They were able to take the doors off of the refrigerator and installed it after bringing it in. Made sure everything was alright. Took them less than half an hour and they came right on time.

The delivery and install went well. However, I guess I expected them to remove all the packing material and tape from inside the fridge and freezer. It took me about 45 minutes to remove all the tape, clear protective film, etc.
