The frigidaire 20.5 cu ft refrigerator is working great so far. Installers were very professional and arrived as scheduled. They did a great job getting the refrigerator ready for use. The only gripe i have with the refrigerator is that it does not have a light in the freezer. Other than that its working just fine.

The two gentlemen who came out were very professional. We measured the space for the refrigerator but not the entry door. They figured out a way to get the refrigerator into the kitchen. Any other crew would have left. I would highly recommend this crew.

The Whirlpool refrigerator had a problem with the first Frost building up in the freezer was not ceiling though but since I received the second one is work great I think Best Buy for all their support and help

Delivery drivers were polite, efficient, quick and wasted no time installing my refrigerator. The fridge doors had to be removed to get it through to the kitchen and it was done with care. Very professional.

The two installation technicians are amazing!! They were friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly they went above and beyond with the installation of my refrigerator. Their customer service skills are excellent!! They took great care when they had to take my front door off to move the refrigerator inside and when they put it back on. Their product knowledge is fantastic as well as their installation knowledge. Best experience ever!!

Charlie and his partner came and inspected our GE refrigerator . All connections were good and there was ice being made , but the dispenser motor was shot. It wasn’t getting power. He determined that it was an internal defect in the refrigerator and a new one was warranted. Charlie was great and he took care of all the details. I would use him again.

Received this item on July 29th. The delivery and installation was handled very professionally. My previous refrigerator was stainless steel. I really like this white one. The surface is easier to clean and doesn't show fingerprints, The LG works great and looks great.

This was my Second Refrigerator Installation. The first was too wide and blocked out other nearby appliances. This one was the right width, better color for my kitchen ---- but --- alas it was an inch too tall for the space it fits in. So I hired someone to rebuild the cabinets over the refrigerator - for an additional $320.00 rather then send back AGAIN. The carpentry and painting was completed three and a half weeks after delivery. Workmen are not available when mis- calcs like this occur. But I do love the new fridge after all this travail even though it's missing an external ice dispenser. It looks very sleek in my all white custom built kitchen. I guess you can't have everything you want nowadays due to shortages of supplies nation wide.

Installers were very professional. They wore masks and were in and out in a very efficient manner.

They connected everything as it should be. They knew what they were doing and did it really fast and efficiently

They did a great job installing the freezer and delivering it! Did it very quickly and efficiently!

The installers were efficient, measuring spaces, planning out how they would complete the installation in our space. ( main living on the second floor and removing the old refrigerator). All told, they were here less than an hour.

My refrigerator delivery, setup and haul away was great. The two guys were on time, they were very careful of my floors, walls, and cabinets, they were very professional. The water line was connected and checked to make sure it didn’t leak, The new refrigerator was put in place, all the packaging and old refrigerator was taken away. They were also wearing masks, and removed their shoes.

Jacob & Kyle were courteous, patient, careful and professional. As a business owner, I know full well that seldom does a job qualify as best-case-scenario and our install was no different. Those two young men worked incredibly HARD to do everything perfectly in a situation where most people would have simply given up. Hands down this was the best experience ever with an appliance installation.

Make the install process quick and protects against leaks.

The biggest fridg we have ever had. Beautiful. The delivery crew was awesome,working til 7:30 pm to finish It is so big that it had a be taken apart to get it in the door, then reassembled. Wes is a first rate awesome delivery person.

Our guys went above and beyond to care for us. They pointed out a dent that came with our fridge and promptly called to make amends. They also went out of their way to text us with a customer service number to ensure we were made good in the situation. Super friendly and gave a thorough walkthrough of our fridge
