The guys did a great job w the delivery, they made sure that the product got installed correctly and cleaned up after themselves.

Refrig made it into house beautifully. The men knew how to carry it - it was amazing to watch. They left the refrig with the wheels down so each time door opened it moved away from wall As a senior citizen I wasn't going to fix that. A week or so later I had my son come over and try to fix it from rolling all over! I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT .

The installers were polite and careful during the installation. I asked them about leveling it as I noticed it rocking back and forth. They said this model didn't come with adjustable feet. I had to teach him that it did have adjustable feet and how to do that. he was very receptive and adjusted it up for me. Job well done!

The installers were excellent. Very quick and careful. They even removed out old fridge.

Guys did a good job installing my Refrigerator. Showed me how to change all the settings as well. Wiped it clean before they left.

Installers seemed very young and inexperienced. They left the fridge on the back patio and said we would need to have a plumber install. Fortunately for us, Best Buy sent a different team to install our dishwasher that day and they were able to install the refrigerator without any problem. The second team were lifesavers.

Guys were good. Whirlpool packaging is unreal. Impossible to get all of the plastic off, that they have tucked into seems.
