This freezer is very well designed and was able to fit down our stairway where many others would not. The size was a perfect replacement of our old freezer. We love all the functions and ease of use. The casters are very handy and do lock. The lower height makes easy to get to the bottom of the freezer.

I had plenty of room for refrigerator but getting through door to kitchen was not easy. Carlos and his helper did the best they could maneuvering sideways through the door. I did not think it would be so difficult. Plus it was 90+ degrees, hard work for them. I was sorry they had such difficulty but they finished quickly and all is working.

The guys did everything I wanted them to do. They were both good and fast. I wouldn't mind if the same crew showed up for my next delivery/installation. It went quick and easy (for me) and was in working order as soon as it had time to cool down. Having it delivered was definitely the way to have it done. I would have it done again just the same way. I am very happy with the results of both the purchase and delivery and installation.

The installers were absolutely the best! Professional, polite, efficient, knowledgable and friendly. These guys deserve a raise. They said they have worked together for 8 years, they are a well GREAT team! THANK YOU!!! Best Buy, you are lucky to have these two on your crew!

Very nice refridgerator. Unfortunately, there were 2 dents on the upper top left door. The refridgerator cannot be replaced and you cannot replace the door. We must get a different refridgerator now. Apparently, Covid has created a bid problem with appliance availability.

Love my new Haier refrigerator. Bought as an open box item from the Best Buy floor--no real flaws that I can see yet. The delivery and set-up was fast, professional, efficient. Delivery guys arrived an hour early, were patient as I finished cleaning out my old fridge, and they made moving refrigerators seem magically easy.

In summary the employes who delivered it the first time were excellent; however5, when they oened it, it was damaged so i didn't accept it & it was taken back. THIS WAS NOT THEIR FAULT AS IT WAS THE PERSONNEL WHO BOARDED IT ON THE SHIP FROM THE MAIN LAND, POSSIBLY WHILE ON THE SHIP WHILE SAILING OVER HERE &/OR THE UNLOADING FROM THE SHIP THAT CAUSED IT! The Best Buy employees IMMEDIATELY OBTAINED ANOTHER ONE FOR ME, which was really appreciated. And, as a suggestion, which I did, I GAVE THEM PERMISSION to open my new one up BEFORE THEY DELIVERED IT TO ME TO ASSURE THAT IT WAS OK, which they did. They then deliviered it to me and it was WONDERFULLY SET UP IN PLACE AND THEN HE EXPLAINED HOW TO USE IT! That job was EXCE[TIONALLY WELL DONE! Thank YOU!

The 2 delivery gentlemen were great. They had to return w replacement parts and did a great job installing. Very pleasant and knew their job.

Wished they would have removed all the tape and leveled the doors. The left door wasn’t closing correctly and after I read the manual and adjusted the height it was fine. Would have been nice if installers checked this.

Fast delivery, great installation, friendly crew!!!

Worked as it should and hooked up to water fine. Only thing is the ice maker quit filling after the first dump.

Great delivery and install experience with Best Buy team. Workers were quick and careful. Demonstrated the basic features of the freezer and explained the controls in an easy to understand way.

The installers were very professional and careful to make sure the fridge was installed despite the narrow path to get to the location. They kept me informed of all the options and cleaned up after they were finished.

They came and installed the refrigerator as promised. While they did not call prior to arrival, they did show up in the window I was told and did a good job installing my refrigerator. It was a simple plug and go since I didn't have lines to install for water. Just wished I didn't have to wait 3 weeks for delivery when I purchased an open box that was there. I would have done cash and carry but I couldn't carry it into the house on my own.

The guy did a very nice job installing my refrigerator and connecting everything up. They were very careful in my home.

The installation team was on time, prepared, and expert in connecting items. They removed the front door and replaced when finished, brought in and hooked up the new refrigerator without problem, and set up our old refrigerator in our garage without a problem. We would highly recommend these installers.

They had a glitch and were not going to be able to deliver but they came through! Good install also

Great price for fridge. It is slightly smaller but works well in our staff break area. Original one was damaged and it was replaced seamlessly.

I've had this AMANA refrigerator a little over one month now; so far I've have no issues with it. It's perfect for a small space or kitchen. The no frills stainless steel exterior (non-fingerprint marks) is very nice! According to my thermometer the temperature settings are accurate.
