Got called the day of at 10am for my 12-4pm window by someone overseas and was told nobody was coming due to family emergency. WHAT? Acting like you have one contractor that does everything? Get someone else! I took off work and they weren't even apologetic. Then tried to schedule me for 2 weeks later. Um nah.

Super helpful, friendly, fast and efficient. Got us set up twice as fast as we expected
