Very Impressed with the Geek Squad team that delivered our replacement refrigerator. So much better than the the Thirty party service that had delivered the first one that was damaged.

Install team was great. Use this unit in the garage where the old one was squeezed between other items. Install team got old unit out and new unit in in minutes. Very happy and will use this service on all major appliances (replacing all) in near future!

Frigidaire refrigerator is a nice model. Smaller than I had but a shortage in variety of sizes and doesn’t come with an ice maker and out of stock for 1-3 months. The two delivery guys sheared off one of the leg levelers in the frontline

The 3rd party team that installed and removed my old refrigerator were very professional, polite, and knowledgeable of the frig they were hired to install and set-up. They were on time, texting along the way when they would arrive. And they cleaned up after they were finished. I am very satisfied with their work.

This fridge is a must have something different than the usual look! sleek clean lines works great. Had an issue with ice maker but. Realized it was a simple solution of the ice is made by a sensor so if you push ice to the front of the drawer more is dropped so now we have lots of ice. Sooo happy!

The Best Buy Geek Squad guys who came to deliver and install our refrigerator were awesome, very professional and friendly, easily the best appliance install experience we’ve ever had. When we needed a range/oven when ours blew up a couple weeks later, we went to Best Buy because their install service was so great.

The installation was very fast and they did a great job.

It fit in perfectly to the area we had for it in our RV. It's not a large refrigerator but it has lots of well organized areas. Lots of things fit in it. Very pleased with our purchase.

Best Buy is my favorite store, that is why I ordered my appliances from them. The sales lady was great and helpful. I joined the membership for $200, which meant delivery and removal was free. Was told they would take away my refrigerator at time of delivery. THEY DID NOT.. It was almost 3 weeks later ( at time of my stove being delivered) that it was removed. Ridiculous...My refrigerator sat on my deck with doors on it, lucky I didn't get a ticket for it being there. If it wasn't for Melissa ( sales lady at Taylor Best Buy) taking at least an hour on the phone with other people, I would probably still be waiting on delivery and removal. I was not compensated 10% for my troubles, as customer service promised. I will NEVER order appliances from Best Buy again or recommend them to anyone for appliance purchases.

I had installed a braided water hose and shut off valve in the basement the previous day and drilled a hole in the kitchen floor so the hose was ready to go. They came in, moved my existing fridge to the garage and installed the new one in 20 minutes
