Very hostile over the phone. Immediately called and sent to complaint to Best Buy customer service. Installers name was Jose

Painful Experience

As the handle required channel locks to turn the install was refused. I had to hire a plumber despite being able to shut the water off prior to the delivery persons leaving. Of note, I had a BEST BUY representative come out prior to ordering the refrigerator because the prior freeze was an iceberg due to leaking. I had the person measure for fit and ordered while present. Upon delivery it did not fit up the stairs - one would think someone who is hired specifically for fit would measure for delivery as well. They gouged the walls and got stuck between the banister and handrail - hot mess with sweat dripping from them(gross even prior to COVID). Horrible experience and poor customer service for resolution
