The installation was fine but there are few dents and a scratch on the refrigerator. The technician was supposed to mail the pictures to Best Buy and us. Have not received any mail. I had also mailed to Best Buy regarding the same again no reply. I had also left a message in the chat. Unfortunately I am not able to visit a store to complain abt it. Looking forward to some action on the same

Thankfully the installer was honest and capable. I needed the door switched (that's the only reason for purchasing the installation) and they noticed the seal was not proper with the first FOUR refrigerators. On the 5th try, the swap was successful and the appliance was delivered and installed. The issue was with the factory drilling of the holes, not with the installer. Installation was seriously delayed (weeks!), but it was done correctly. Thank you to the subcontracted installer!

Best Buy’s expert installers did an amazing job bringing our new fridge in without damage to anything entering our home and installed it beautifully!!

The guys were professional, but the refrigerator door is opening the wrong way. They said they didn’t have the tools to fix it. Said an appointment would be made, nothing. It’s been over a week. How do you not have the tools when that should be part of the install?!

My products are second to none. I’m deeply satisfied.

Well considering this was the fourth delivery of the same fridge The first one was dented on two doors the second time they came out it was dropped off the back of a truck with no liftgate and before I could even tell them no they started unwrap it and it had even more dents on it but the good thing is they were already circled in marker with x so I knew where to look for the dents this third trip they didn’t bring a fridge just a waterline so finally on the fourth trip they got it right. And then to try to call customer service you wait on hold forever you get disconnected and when they say they’re going to call you back I’m still waiting for a callback from someone in a corporate position. After this experience they will never be another Best Buy purchase for me.......

The service technicians who delivered our GE side-by-side refrigerator/freezer were professional, friendly, respectful of our property, and explained the installation process. The two technicians had to remove the front door in order to move the old refrigerator out and bring in the new refrigerator. They unpacked everything outside and removed packaging for us. They are both knowledgeable about refrigerator installation and careful with handling the new refrigerator.

The 2 professionals did a great job delivering and moving our new refrigerator into place. They were friendly and efficient. We really love it our new Frigidaire!

Jeff and Erick delivered and installed my Samsung Refrigerator. They did an excellent job of doing so and moving my old Refrigerator to the garage. I love the fact that it makes 4 different kinds of Ice and a very large amount. We have plenty of space in the refrigerator and freezer part of the unit.
