    they came to my house and two of delivery guys done very well. they unboxing the item outside of house and put it in the where exactly i want to put .

    Had to have Geek Squad come out the first time within a month of purchasing the refrigerator to fix the ice maker which was frozen shut. After a week of it being serviced I called Samsung to send someone out and they were able to fix the issue which had a national bulletin sent out. Haven’t had an issue since.

    These Guys are the BEST! Every one of the Geeks that have come to our home have been Professional, Neat, Clean, Pleasant, and also installed the Item in a Proper fashion!!!

    The techs were super fast and professional with setting up the water line and swapping out the fridges. They even moved our old fridge to our basement storage room.
