After connecting water line to frig didn't check for water leak till I had to tell him. Even was going to push frig back without turning water on. Protective plastic covering was removed carelessly leaving pieces of plastic around various places. Left all packing and taped shelves in side of frig and stated due to covid-19 they were not to remove it. Simple install was a mad rush to get out the door. Even made small mark on wall..... First crew that installed 1st frig (defective) was very careful, left no plastic attached, unpacked inside of frig and was very very polite and I might add not in a rush. They had to deliver & install Frig., Electric stove, dishwasher and Microwave

They go smooth and the guys are super nice. This time was different. I'm not holding it against Best buy though. I know everyone is short staffed.
