They came in and delivered the freezer pretty quick. I told them I wanted it set up as a freezer and they stated there were directions to do that. I said in the store they told me you would set it up so then they did do that.

Takes to long to make ice. bought a portable to help it along when we have parties.

Had to reduce the stars due to the door swing. I had to readjust the legs on the bottom of the frig so the door would close. Had to tighten the set screw for the freezer door handle because it came loose.

The delivery guys were nice guys, but like all deliveries from BB they are in a hurry to get to the next delivery so they don’t have time to discuss. I’ve had 5 appliance delivered recently and it’s always the same - dump and run. As far as the ice maker hookup, if there is not a shut off at the refrigerator they won’t/can’t install the supply line. No one at BB told me that when I bought the fridge. I hooked up the ice maker myself but I wonder what I paid for. They should first let the customer know exactly what’s needed for their guys to do the install and perhaps give their delivery guys fewer deliveries so they could provide some actual service rather than dump,and run!

Arrived on time. Hooked everything up. Explained how to purge the new lines.
