The refrigerator was very easy for the technicians to install.

Super quick install, No complains. On time and very helpful.

The product came in and was installed by some great folks. Unfortunately both the installers and the product hard copy material stated that it takes 24-36 hours to create ice and cool down. We waited 72 hours and it "seemed like it was getting colder" but no ice. We turned down the temperature to the maximum level and then put our goodies from one fridge (that was sold and leaving our home) into our brand new $3k fridge. Bad choice. Everything thawed out and spoiled. We contacted Best buy who refused to do handle the situation until we threatened to simply retrun it and buy it elsewhere. Obviously it was defective. To that Best buy sent out another crew of installers. Time has passed and we have now been without a working fridge for nearly 10 days. We purchased a warranty from Kithcenaide up front. Even transferred that warranty to the second fridge. Neither Best Buy or Kitchenaide would offer anything for the spoiled food. The folks who completed both installs were 10's! Best Buy and Kitchenaide together deserve a minus rating of about -6... so a four star positive is for the set up folks only.

People did a great job bringing in the refrigerator.

We didn’t think this refrigerator would fit our space but it did. Used Best Buy home specialist (a free service) who measured and said it would fit prior to purchase. Other appliances were also measured and determined if we wanted the products. Installation went great with the installers very cautious and respectful of equipment and home. They had on masks and shoe covers while maintaining social distancing.

My wife and I have been doing a number of upgrades on our home and have used a number of services for installation. Best Buy was by the best. They keep me updated with phone call and text messages. They called prior to the delivery of our frig and installed the new frig in under 30 minutes.... and moved the old frig to our basement. Great Job!

Just received my new 7 CU FT Garage Ready Freezer for a great price. Fits perfectly in my garage. Easy access. The guys were great about unpacking, placing it, and hauling away the packing. So farm all is good.

The guys that delivered the refrigerator were great. They installed the new waterline in a jiffy. They were very careful with delivery and got the refrigerator inside the house with great care.

THIS REFRIGERATOR HAS A LARGE CAPACITY, AND LOOKS VERY GOOD. THE INTERIOR STORAGE IS VERY VERSATILE.

The install went very well, the new freezer was installed and is working fine. We placed food in to it and found the brake on the caster was not adjusted so every time we pull open the door the freezer rolls out and we have to push it back in.

we better insulting the other big box stores, especially Home Depot. This reason loan I prefer to buy my appliances at Best Buy over Home Depot.

This refrigerator was exactly what we wanted. Large capacity, nice shelf configuration and doors hold large containers. It was less wxoensive than most all comparitively sized refrigerators. Looks goo and has simple controls inside.

The freezer was delivered and installed promptly and professionally, although it took a while and prompting to attached the service agreement.

The first team who delivered our refrigerator did not level it, level the doors, nor remove any tape or plastic film. Gave no instructions except maybe we got a defective unit and we could call and have another one delivered. They said they were delivery only not installation. The second team that came several days later were very good and knew what they were doing and had the proper expertise.
