The third party install team was excellent. I had THREE previous unsuccessful delivery attempts by companies other than Best Buy-- two companies actually dropped the refrigerator so I had to start all over with a new refrigerator. The third company came to delver and said they would need four men for delivery and could not reschedule until six weeks later. I had almost given up on getting a new refrigerator, but decided to try Best Buy. They assured me that there wouldn't be a problem delivering and installing. I ordered the refrigerator on a Friday afternoon and the following Monday the delivery crew (two men) showed up on time, in clean uniforms, and removed my old refrigerator and installed my new refrigerator without any problem whatsoever. They were shocked I had had such difficulties with the other companies. The men were courteous, professional, and experts at their jobs. I gave them a big tip for doing such a great job.

This refrigerator/freezer is the largest that will fit in my kitchen, so I looked for something with a lot of features. Glass shelves, ice maker, lots of door space is just what I needed. The surface had a protective film covering it that was difficult to get all of it off as the film extended into joints of panels. I had to use tweezers to remove a small portion of that film. I set the cooling settings to the factory recommendations and it works great for my location ( I live in an area with lower humidity which I believe will affect the setting).

Great job, Nary an issue. This is a great refrigerator! The quality, shelving and ability to change spacing is very good. We have 2 houses and this is the second one of this model that we've purchased.

The crew was professional and installation was quick. I was extremely impressed. They were knowledgeable and let me know how to get acquainted with my new fridge (how long it takes to reach temp, don't drink the water right away, etc.). Compared to a fridge installation we had gotten from a third party through Costco, our Best Buy experience was top notch. I will definitely be recommending friends buy their appliances from Best Buy in the future.

Best Buy delivered and installed the refrigerator and connected it to the existing water line. They did a great job. No issues. Everything's working great

The delivery staff were prompt, friendly, and careful delivering a chest freezer. They cleaned up all boxes/wrapping and left no mess.

Received this item on July 29th. The delivery and installation was handled very professionally. My previous refrigerator was stainless steel. I really like this white one. The surface is easier to clean and doesn't show fingerprints, The LG works great and looks great.

These guys were on time and so so fast, yet took time to do it right. Gave me instructions on dumping water/ice in ice maker and showed me how to change filter.

We followed the preparation guidelines ensuring a clear path to where we wanted the unit to be- and it all went smoothly. We had already moved our old freezer- the only hiccup was on our end when a lamp fixture needed to be adjusted out of the way. Dont assume you will do everything the day of- read the preparation instructions and run through them the da prior ensuring when they arrive everything will go smooth.
