Poor communication

The delivery person kept saying "I can show you the paperwork, it says drop off only." I paid for a water line, which he didn't have. Fortunately, we had an existing water line to use, so we hooked it up. Best Buy dropped the ball. I received a call from Best Buy a manager who said he wanted to offer me a $50 Best Buy gift card for the inconvenience 2 weeks ago, but it never came. While the refrigerator is working fine, I am not inclined to purchase anything requiring delivery and installation from Best Buy again. This isn't the first time we had a negative experience with delivery from Best Buy.
