My review is for the delivery / service guys who set-up my fridge. Water line was set-up fine. Fridge was not level and doors were crooked. The boys ran out of the house (supposedly running behind schedule) and left without leveling the fridge or walking me through the set-up. I had to call Best Buy delivery to get another team to come back to finish the set-up. Initially, they would not send service guys back to the house due to scheduling. Not sure why they expected me to wait for another date. Finally, they agreed to send another team. Overall, new team was professional. Initial guys were not. Had to escalate different managers for Best Buy to properly fulfill their delivery service. Not great.

The delivery/ installation people did a quick and easy hookup of the ice maker, and explained the operation and settings of the refrigerator.

Terrible, this is the 3rd delivery of same refrigerator, finally one that works. Unfortunately the guys hooked up the water connection wrong and it made back pressure into the pipe made a leak damaging my cabinet. I am still waiting for best buy to contact me and rectify this situation. So far its been all promises and no actions..
