Terrible delivery

Unfortunately the guys hooked up the water connection wrong and it made back pressure into the pipe made a leak damaging my cabinet. I am still waiting for best buy to contact me and rectify this situation. So far its been all promises and no actions..

Great products deserve better installation

Their third-party delivery and installtion services are perhaps the worst I've ever had the displeasure of using. The first one told us that doors could not be taken off a refrigerator and that they refused to deliver it. The second installed it and didn't test anything, so water poured onto the floor as soon as we tried to use the fridge. It then took two more visits and paying for parts (on a brand new unit!) to get it working. Sadly, zero stars was not an option.

Completely unprofessional and frustrating. I expected better service for such a big purchase.
