GAVE US A TIME, KEPT US INFORMED, NO FUSS, BEST MONEY I SPENT WAS TO HAVE EXPERTS INSTALL IT. WAS HEAVY AND HAD TO GO UP STAIRS AND DOWN STAIRS.

Excellent service I will definitely be back in the near future

Installers delivered our LG refrigerator on time and in excellent condition. The installers connected the new water line to the existing water supply connection. They moved our old refrigerator to our basement and connected it to the electrical outlet. The installers were very courteous and took great care to keep from damaging the refrigerators and/or our home. We were very pleased with their work.

Very happy with everything EXCEPT after they left, now my left door will not stay open. I asked him if he could please come back to help level it again and he said yes and never showed up. I’m unable to do this myself so it still closes on my arm every time I go back n my fridge. That’s very frustrating.

This freezer is very well designed and was able to fit down our stairway where many others would not. The size was a perfect replacement of our old freezer. We love all the functions and ease of use. The casters are very handy and do lock. The lower height makes easy to get to the bottom of the freezer.

Our guys went above and beyond to care for us. They pointed out a dent that came with our fridge and promptly called to make amends. They also went out of their way to text us with a customer service number to ensure we were made good in the situation. Super friendly and gave a thorough walkthrough of our fridge

I have a small kitchen & finding a fridge with reasonable storage for a family & depth to fit was problematic. This fridge is plenty roomy and at first, I preferred this bottom freezer option v my old side by side. But after few months using, I’m not so sure. It’s nice, but there are a few things that irk me. The shelves now in the middle with minimal weight and I have struggled to find a great way to store drinks (gallon of milk, 2 liters, cans, plastic bottles, etc) without the shelves bowing. And when putting on bottom shelf it causes the veg/meat drawers to drag. I also I’ve noticed lately the ice maker isn’t shutting itself off reliably. When the ice bin fills, some ice cubes are falling over back of the ice bin leaving a puddle in front of fridge. Don’t get me wrong, keeps things cold, it’s just those little annoyances that can continually irk a person.

The crew did a great job though it was very easy for them. They only had to set it up in my garage, but they were very efficient at what they did. they were in and out in under fifteen minutes.

Make the install process quick and protects against leaks.

Install was well done. Had proper tools and staff was good and install was quick.

The installation team was on time, prepared, and expert in connecting items. They removed the front door and replaced when finished, brought in and hooked up the new refrigerator without problem, and set up our old refrigerator in our garage without a problem. We would highly recommend these installers.

The guys came in and did an amazing job and were quick. They even took extra precautions when working to not damage my walls since it was a new house.

Installers arrived punctually as agreed upon and communicated every step of the way. They observed health directives (masks, distancing) which was important to me. The main guy was experienced and installed the water line to the fridge in good time and there have been no issues with the water line in the 2 1/2 months since. He answered any questions in a friendly manner. I would not hesitate to use this service again if needed. Thank you!

GE fridge is very nice & so far works well. The only fault I can find is the blue tape used to secure for delivery is very hard to remove & we still have 2 strips we can't get to!

They came on the right day within the correct hours. Installation was ok, everything works well. There was an issue to which a manager was very understanding, helpful and took care of the problem, I called the Sanford store the next day. I will say everyone I have come into contact with at the Sanford Store is Wonderful and more importantly, Knowledgeable! Love the Samsung reps there! :-)
