The installers were just average…nothing to brag about it. They seem to be in a hurry…they didn’t even put the holders inside. They left them to me with the excuse they didn’t know were to out them…well they never even ask. They also left one the refrigerator door in a different level than the other.. Fortunately the cook top installers fixed in a minute

The couple that installed our refrigerator was awesome! They were professional and made sure we understood how to operate the electronics before they left. They worked together to get the refrigerator into the house and into the existing spot without a hitch! I have only very high praise for the installation service of Cody and Christin (I think I got those names right)! They were just great!

The installation was quick and painless. They were in and out within minutes and made sure that everything was working properly.

The installation team on this job went above and beyond the normal installation I was expecting! They took their time to make sure that all of the appliances that was installed was checked and rechecked for any leaks and electrical issues! I would highly recommend Best Buy and their installation team for any further appliances that you may have in your household!!

The absolute worst installers. I purchased for my daughter's apartment and they refused to install the door swing as needed. It's been in a year and it's so difficult to open. The installers insisted she deal with it as is (the door swing opening the wrong way into the wall). They told her she had to accept it the way they put it in even though it I purchased it for it's reversible doors. They told her that if she wanted the doors to be different they had to take it back and she would still be charged. They basically bullied a young woman into taking something different than what she needed and that I had paid for. The fridge works very well. Lots of space and fairly quite imo.

They knocked it out in under 20min. Super impressed!

This service was included for free if I purchased a hose, which I knew I wasn't going to use. I could've easily done hook-up myself, but allowed installer to do it so that there could be no question who connected it should there ever be a problem. Installer was very quick, and waited to make sure there were no leaks.

The installer was very courteous, removed the old refrigerator and installed the new refrigerator quickly with no problems at all. Anthony instructed me on how to use it efficently and care for it. He was very patient in answering any questions I had. For me, the process was a good experience.

After innumerable scheduled appointments to have the purchased refrigerator installed and set up, with innumerable excuses and failures to complete the job, you finally sent a team of workers who came prepared to complete the job. They were friendly and very competent. They completed the job in about 45 minutes(. I assign that team a 5-star rating. But Best Buy itself earned a failure (zero-star) rating. Overall then, this purchase earned a three-star rating. This assignment continued for more than six months - from mid-July, 2020 through to January 20, 2021. There was no need for the incompetence demonstrated by each of the previously sent teams, excluding the most recent team to which I assign a 5-star rating.

This was about the only refrigerator Best Buy offers that would fit the space we have, so our choice was limited, to say the least. That said, we’re reasonably satisfied with the refrigerator a month after its installation. The reason for a four star and not a five star review is because the refrigerator doesn’t have a light in the freezer unit. That may sound trivial, but, believe me, it isn’t. Had we known this before the unit was installed, we probably would have gone to another store to find a refrigerator that fits AND has a freezer light.
