This is definitely a great deal. Knowing that i didn't have to find a way to get it home and in the house took so much weight off my shoulders. Then everything installed correctly was a great feeling.

The installers are one of my least favorite parts of Best Buy. I’ve had several install and they always have issues. The customer service rep who helped fix the matter was great though.

Great service. Individuals performing the drop off and installation of our new fridge were very kind and helpful. They showed up earlier than normally expected which was great. Would highly recommend their service.

Love the fridge but the people who delivered refused to bring it inside and hook it up after several hours of arguing on the phone I went back to the store and they sent someone else out and they put it in and hooked it up but they hroke one of the doors off so they had to unhook it and order a new door which took 2 more weeks mind you my old fridge stopped working and it had already taken a week to get this fridge delivered. Best Buy switched who brings you appliances now so it is not them anymore worst experience ever I am still arguing about damages to my door because I didnt take a photo and send it the same day it happened.

The team that installed our new Whirlpool refrigerator after disconnecting and removing our old refrigerator did an excellent job. They were careful and figured out how and where to move both refrigerators with the minimum of problems.

Awesome! We have moved into a new house and I was so worried the refrigerator wouldn't fit. Our builder assured us that if the refrigerator was perfectly level before it was pushed back it would and it did! As soon as I ran 2 gallons of water through the water line and made a bin of throw away ice, it was ready to go! I LOVE this refrigerator!

The contractors that Best Buy use to provide installation are professional and kind. They made sure to take care of my new appliance, clean up any mess, and instructed me on use. They were also very quick at installation. Would recommend

The installers were professional making sure the new unit was protected and move the old and new unit with caution making sure no floors and walls get damaged.

Excellent team, they were professional and efficient. Setup was easy during the purchase of my appliance. Once the team was onsite they took care to put down materials to protect my flooring and ensured that the setup was complete and working to my satisfaction before they left.

Very sleek looking refrigerator. The freezer section is very spacious. The lower section of the refrigerator is spacious and very convenient for storing both tall and small items. The refrigerator does make different noises. However, it keeps things cold.

Instalation was performed quickly and efficiently by the two separate crews that had to come out, because the first refrigerator was severely damaged inside the box. Kudos to both installer of dishwasher and installer of the undamaged refrigerator received four or five days later. Are you sure the five stars are for the installers and the equipment only. Trying to explain the situation to the customer service folks was a challenge. I had to go back to the store in Saint Petersburg to talk to someone face-to-face. That person was my salesman, Eden. Kudos to Eden for all his hard work to finally get this done. He gave me his personal phone number, and put in some extra work, even on his day off. These guys were all fantastic, but the process was an absolute three ring circus.

Works as expected! Our refrigerator broke right before thanksgiving and it has been absolute lifesaver. There’s so much space it for all our leftovers. And the water filter is in an easy to find and replace area!

I was REALLY IMPRESSED. Arrived on time, quick in/out. First checked product all around to ensure no problems, placed it right where we wanted it, tested it, spotless cleanup. So quick and painless and working great — unbelievable delivery service.

Clint especially was the best ever. Answered all my questions; and took the extra time I needed to make sure everything was correct. It's seldom you get this kind of service; but I appreciate it so much. Everything about my refrigerator experience was a breeze; including a little mix up. But everything was taken care of promptly and kindly. Can't ask for better than that!
