Refrigerator is perfect, excellent capacity and size

The guys that delivered the refrigerator were great. They installed the new waterline in a jiffy. They were very careful with delivery and got the refrigerator inside the house with great care.

I have no complaints about Best Buy's delivery and installation. We are in a new house so have dealt with various delivery companies. I would say Best Buy has been the easiest to deal with which I am honesty shocked by since they're a big box store. I am happy with the appliances as well.

The Geek squad delivered and set up in time frame that was set up. Friendly , professional installation. I would definitely recommend.

These guys worked good together. Had a plan, never saw one standing around watching the other guy do the work. They got in and out yet did not feel rushed! And actually got the call before they came like a lot of people say they will then you don’t get for one reason

This fridge is a must have something different than the usual look! sleek clean lines works great. Had an issue with ice maker but. Realized it was a simple solution of the ice is made by a sensor so if you push ice to the front of the drawer more is dropped so now we have lots of ice. Sooo happy!

I was very pleased with the delivery of my small freezer. The two delivery men were well spoken, efficient and answered my questions. The freezer was installed and the old one removed. The entire experience was great!

I had plenty of room for refrigerator but getting through door to kitchen was not easy. Carlos and his helper did the best they could maneuvering sideways through the door. I did not think it would be so difficult. Plus it was 90+ degrees, hard work for them. I was sorry they had such difficulty but they finished quickly and all is working.

The Best Buy team did the installation with ease.. they know what they are doing and well prepared with needed tools to have it set up. We are very happy with it. And definitely will recommend to friends and family on Best Buy installation service.

I think this refrigerator is a great value and highly efficient. The side by side is perfect for my needs. Thank you for selling an exceptional refrigerator at a better price than your competitors, such as P.C Richards, Lowes and Home Depot.

I love my new refrigerator! It fits the space where my previous one was perfectly. I had a bottom freezer previously and am really liking the top freezer better. The layout of the shelving is convenient and easy to adjust. This new refrigerator is just right for my needs.

They installed the new stainless steel braided tubing excellently! They verified with me that no leaks were present after installing.

In summary the employes who delivered it the first time were excellent; however5, when they oened it, it was damaged so i didn't accept it & it was taken back. THIS WAS NOT THEIR FAULT AS IT WAS THE PERSONNEL WHO BOARDED IT ON THE SHIP FROM THE MAIN LAND, POSSIBLY WHILE ON THE SHIP WHILE SAILING OVER HERE &/OR THE UNLOADING FROM THE SHIP THAT CAUSED IT! The Best Buy employees IMMEDIATELY OBTAINED ANOTHER ONE FOR ME, which was really appreciated. And, as a suggestion, which I did, I GAVE THEM PERMISSION to open my new one up BEFORE THEY DELIVERED IT TO ME TO ASSURE THAT IT WAS OK, which they did. They then deliviered it to me and it was WONDERFULLY SET UP IN PLACE AND THEN HE EXPLAINED HOW TO USE IT! That job was EXCE[TIONALLY WELL DONE! Thank YOU!

The team had my fridge installed and leveled and working before I could down half a cup of coffee. They made sure we knew all of its parts and how to operate it. They did an amazing job! No more DIY for this chick! Thanks Best Buy!

The 3rd party team that installed and removed my old refrigerator were very professional, polite, and knowledgeable of the frig they were hired to install and set-up. They were on time, texting along the way when they would arrive. And they cleaned up after they were finished. I am very satisfied with their work.

Wished they would have removed all the tape and leveled the doors. The left door wasn’t closing correctly and after I read the manual and adjusted the height it was fine. Would have been nice if installers checked this.

The delivery driver and his helper were awesome! They brought it up three flights of out door stairs, and installed it in the spot it needed to go, and turned it on, set the temp. and ever went over the setting with me. They were in and out in about 10 minutes. Highly recommend.
