The first crew was pushy and came without the water hose to install the fridge. The second crew were polite and respectful no like the first.

I had one fridge, then a replacement fridge. First fridge had doors that didn't close unless you added a push at the end, and freezer door had an additional, hard stop, at about the halfway point. Second fridge has the freezer door stop, also, but both doors close normally otherwise. Replacement fridge installer informed me that all of that fridge model that he's installed had the freezer door stop closing problem, which is likely a design flaw. This new one has trouble with its temperature, both inside and out. First noticed it when I touched the outside side of the fridge, which was warm even though it wasn't close to anything. Then, when I opened the fridge, the cold air was"not quite" as cold as the previous fridge (with the door problem), same for the freezer. I bought a thermometer for each, and both fridge and freezer need highest setting to maintain the correct temp. And one of my cucumbers froze--something I'd expect from a fridge of 20 years, not barely 20 days. I'm at a loss for how to proceed next. It seems I'm stuck-- who knows what problem the next example will have?
