    The installation for Best Buy is done by third-party contractors, not BB itself. Unfortunately, their biggest concern was making we knew that and that they documented that they had done the necessary (just barely) installation. They we not very respectful of the property, gave none of the instructions specified in the delivery agreement (which is ok, we know how to use a refrigerator), and did a poor job of taking the protective wrap off the doors. Sub-standard and a poor reflection on Best Buy, unfortunately.

    I wish I could write a stellar review but unfortunately I can’t. It didn’t start off well because my fridge was late. They couldn’t locate it. The manager was exceptional and finally located the fridge. Delivery day two men came to deliver the fridge. One of the gentleman was exceptional the other was not. He wouldn’t listen to anything anyone said and was very rough with the fridge. Unfortunately my door and doorway was damaged in the process. Best Buy did make the situation right and paid for the repairs. There are definitely improvements that can be made on the service delivery side of Best Buy.
