The installation process for my refrigerator purchase was very disappointing. The delivery men were not supplied with the correct items needed to hook up my water supply line. They told me what to buy at hardware store and it was wrong. It took 5 trips to hardware stores and proper instruction from that hardware store for me to hook up the line myself. This was all because the refrigerator I purchased didn’t have the right hook up for the water line. I believe all refrigerators should have the correct hook up, so customers don’t have to go thru this process in the future. It should be the stores responsibility to make sure all the refrigerators they sell are comparable with the water line hook up so the customer is not left with installation responsibility.

Install was done quickly and efficiently. The workers were very personable and knowledgable.

Team got frig in ok but when they hooked up ice machine they did not use pipe tape. It leaked for 2 days behind the frig before I found water seeping into my laundry room. Molding are swellowen, wood floors are damaged. Waiting on estimate to submit to Best Buy forrepairs.

The delivery guys did a great job. They were very courteous and careful.

All doors were damaged during initial delivery. The delivery guys were apologetic enough. However, putting up with the Geek Squad / or delivery center was most unpleasant. We would get a call from the 800 #, answer it and discover we were out on hold for extended periods of time. Really! You guys called me and I was put on hold. Poor Customer Service Experience!!! We wait her around our home on several occasions and once no one showed up. I was totally unimpressed with the entire delivery/setup visits.
