The installer used brute force to level the doors.

Rather than properly level the doors, he pulled down on both doors. The doors were still uneven; however, apparently good enough for him. Consequently, we asked that another team come to our home to fix the doors. After examining the refrigerator, they said the frame was bent. We ordered another. This refrigerator has yet to be delivered.An inside shelf was missing & we had to go back to BB to get one out of the model on the floor. This has been a very negative experience that still goes on.

LG fridge

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.LG fridge delivery took 2hrs to install. they broke a lightswitch and dented the fridge door. took an hr to get through to bestbuy, who sent a replacement fridge. delivery switched out the doors but put the handles on upside down. freezer drawers rattled, and doors uneven...sent a 3rd fridge. doors will not stay open. LG is coming to adjust. hopefully they can fix. NOT happy with best buy service or the LG fridge
