    Purchased water line was not left with the customer. Refrigerator was not leveled. Removing the old refrigerator across the carpeting left ‘water’ stains. The carpeting should have been protected. Left the door open and left the gate open so the dog could have left the yard (he didn’t). Talked to four chat people for over three hours to get resolution. During the chat, I was asked what was wrong with my phone purchase. No progress. They didn’t have a clue. I had to go to a retail store for resolution.

    Please make sure you are aware of ur household waterline. Make sure you look at the space needed for ice maker connection.
