Didn't Meet Expectations

The crew required a valve directly behind the refrigerator. The description only says that the valve must be accessible.

Subpar experience

Both times, the order called for water hookup, and both times the installers said they couldn't do it, b/c of our setup. We verified with our plumber that everything was in place for them to hook up the water line properly. Installers were not very professional.
