We been working with Shawn, Alex, & Jose for the past month & a half to purchase a refrigerator. My wife has a card open & was unable to due to purchase due to bestbuy having problems on there end & not updating our address on there side. We was told by Shawn, Alex, &Jose the refrigerator will be on hold until everything was taken care of, it will be in the back for 6 months until everything get fix since it was bestbuy mistake. I went out of my way to open a card on my name to do the purchase. Today I return to the store to be told the Store manager Juan have sold it with out even giving us a call & now there nothing that can't be done for us to recieved the same item me & my wife was charged for the item twice, we are still pending refunds from bestbuy. Very Unprofessional & very bad customer service. As of right now we will be looking elsewhere for our purchase. This was a joke had us running around with a baby for a month & a half couldnt even answer our emails we sent to alex.

When I bought this frig I gave the measurements to the sales person they said that it would fit when the doors of the frig was taken off. When the frig arrived it would not fit in the door. The delivery guys put it on the porch and said they would come back out once I took the door frame off. I ended up putting the frig into the house with the help of a family member after we took the frame off. So technically it was not hooked up by the delivery people where it belonged.
