Very friendly people. worked quick. The reason I am not giving them 5 stars is this. We also purchased an ice maker that they were supposed to install. They said they sent us the wrong one because the connections didn't match. After they left I looked in the freezer and here there is a cap on connections and when you pop it off low and behold it is the right connection. We had to have somebody else come to install. You would think they would know that they would have to pop the cover off. My action rating would be 2 1/2 stars
