Kinked water line

We weren’t in a hurry, but they set the appointment. Not good. When they finally came after us spending hours on the phone trying to connect with a reliable human being, all seemed fine. Then there was no ice. After a few days trying the troubleshooting hints, we pulled the fridge out and discovered that the installers had kinked the water line so there was no water flow!
