This is a wonderful refrigerator...lots of room & looks great!

We installed our selves...pretty easy to do. Enjoying so far!

We had the extended warranty on a refrigerator; after numerous problems and repairs, Best Buy exchanged the old one for the same model, but new. Even though the price had gone up, they only charged us for a new extended warranty, but delivered and installed for free. Great service and the Ft. Collins appliance manager, David, was extremely helpful and professional.

Fast installation. Knowledgeable tech. The lead tech was able to install the refrigerator in less than 15 minutes. The other tech accidentally damaged a plastic flap on the old refrigerator while relocating it.

Rolando and Enrique did an absolutely great job! they brought the refrigerator up a narrow staircase without scratching any of the walls or the refrigerator. I was impressed with how efficient they were and also how knowledgeable they were at assembling the new refrigerator. I would definitely highly recommend these installers!

This freezer is very great. Noiseless. Freeze without ice it’s ideal for both indoor and outdoor. I use mine indoor and you won’t even realize there’s a freezer at the corner. Noiseless and very effective.

The 2 guys who did the installation did a great job and they were quick. They had to take the doors off to bring the refrigerator in. They wore safety gear for lifting the refrigerator that I have never seen before. They also had their masks on the whole time due to the corona virus and told me if I didn't have mine on, they weren't allowed to come in. I respect that.

Delivery guys install everything and connect everything. I’m very appreciated.

It was a headache because they kept rescheduling, however I think this was Best Buy's fault and not the fault of the actual vendor who provided the service. Once they came it was easy-peasy. Great job!

We found the right refrigerator at Best Buy and the staff was great explaining the features. Delivery was great as well as the 2 men had to carefully navigate the doorways. After 2 weeks we found a sliding door was not closing properly. Best Buy sent a repairman out, he diagnosed the issue and ordered a new door which came in 2 weeks. When he installed the new door he found the problem did not go away. He called the store to verify it was different from what the manufacturer designed. The store verified it was just ours and Best buy replaced the refrigerator with a new one that works perfectly. Great job!

Item is working fine. Delivery went well. Happy that the rep was able to switch my delayed, no one can find info on when it will be available fridge to this one and get it to me as promised w/ no other issues.

Hate to give these guys a bad review, because they were friendly and polite, and seemed to know what they were doing. But due to delivery truck issues, they were late and in a rush, and our refrigerator ended up being a disaster. The unit seemed out of level, the freezer did not seem to be cooling at all, the water dispenser leaked, and the doors were off balance, but they did not have the correct tools for adjustment. Our hardwood floor ended up scratched. We ended up returning the refrigerator.

The refrigerator runs very well as advertised. The delivery and set up crew is another question. The first crew delivered a Refrigerator and left before I had a chance to really look at it. The doors were not level by 1/2 inch. It took a couple of weeks for a repair crew to come out and look at it and they said "nothing could be done, these units are always bad" and put in a request for a replacement. The replacement took a few more weeks, the crew refused to uncrate the new one as they said they are all bad. I insisted they open up the new one, the very unhappy crew then discovered that the new one was OK. I accepted it. I told Arturo (BestBuy) sales that the delivery crews do no favors for best buy and I believe leave a negative consideration of Best Buy. Had the same delivery problems with a new Kitchen aid trash compactor (replacing a 22 year old JENN_AIR). Delivered the wrong model, sent a stainless-steel door separately for a second wrong unit, and finally had the correct unit delivered a few weeks after promised. Again, the delivery crew was in such a hurry they were willing to leave the unit not leveled or fitting in the opening. I insisted they level the front supports properly and not leave till it fit properly. Again, not happy as my insistence made the unit fit after the lead guy told me the opening was no good. My comments have been made known to the sales manager (Art) as I believe the company contracted to do installations and deliveries do not fairly represent what Best Buy is trying to convey to many customers. I realise that there are also many deliveries and installations that go well, however, I just had two that were not well done and your management should be made aware of the potential of losingPoor installation customers due to poor service on product deliveries.

I hired Best Buy to perform the installation of my refrigerator including the water line. My old fridge had a leak in the water line so it was no longer being used, so I needed the technicians to run a new water line from under my sink to this new fridge. The did the work very quickly and it looks and works great now! This was much cheaper than hiring a plumber to do the work separately, with great results. I highly recommend their services.

We recently bought a refrigerator from the Pacific Sales portion of Best Buy. I’ll be honest: We’d had a bad experience one before, and I was apprehensive. They did a great job this time: clean, efficient and professional. I would have them do future installations now.

At first one of the guys was having a hard time helping the other one with turning the water on under the sink, but the guy that has been installing refrigerators fixed the problem before leaving.

The product Has worked just fine so far. Unfortunately delivery was delayed a little by the weather but as soon as it was delivered it was installed by two very professional workers. They came in got the job done. They were safe and weird their masks and social distanced appropriately. They were very polite and professional. I was impressed.

The delivery person installed new water line with no leaks afterwards and refrigerator quickly and with no issues ( level and no doors misaligned (had door issues on a recently frig purchased from a different company)).
