Terrible Service

The delivery date was cancelled 3 times and rescheduled. The delivery driver was completely rude and clearly did not want to be there. Made situation feel tense and uncomfortable. Ended up forgetting a rivet on door handle so we called Best Buy to send someone to fix it. It has been almost 3 weeks and we are still waiting. This will be the last appliance we buy at Best Buy.

Unhappy Customer

The delivery person came in and insisted fridge would not fit into kitchen even though it was 1/2 " smaller than the old one. They refused to even try. Then i was supposed to get a refund but no one submitted that so i had to wait a month until it was submitted for refund. I then had to get a fridge through a competor same size and fit fine.
