Nice guys, bad installation

However, they told me they don't hook the water to the unit, that has to be someone who's insurable, and I'll be called soon after they left for scheduling. To this day no one called, I hooked it up myself. They also never leveled the unit and, as I found out AFTER I filled it, it was way off. I took everything out and did it myself.
