We like having the ice supply separate from the door shute style,which all our previous refrigerator had !

Refrigerator was installed but had to wait to be replaced since October of 2021. And it was only after 2 missed appointments on their behalf with no call nor an explanations

I had to patch and repaint walls and the wooden hand rail was scratched. The refrigerator wasn't leveled to floor so doors stay open unlike the one in the kitchen.

Best Buy does not communicate that you must have an exsiting metal hookup. Purchased this, because as I read online it made sense, I had an exsiting Water Supply Hookup. When installers go to connect the Water Supply they tell, "we can't do it because Best Buy does not support it (plastic valve connection)". Why was this more specific online.....if it were I would have purchased the $134 Advanced Water Supply Hookup and my refrigerator would be fully functionally. But not I have to call a plumber to change out the plastic Water Supply Hookup before connecting the water supply. This is on top of a scheduled delivery date of Saturday, which I received two calls that day saying the refrigerator was in route, to be delivered. After waiting over 7hrs on Saturday for the delivery, they ended up calling and cancelling they delivery. Thus, I to wait 3 additional days to receive my refrigerator and when I finally received it was not fully functional due to lack of communication on Best Buy's behalf. I was told they would "make it right by me". That didn't happen, I was offered a $130 Gift Card.....not equal to the inconvenience and missing of work not to mention going 3 additional days without a refrigerator. Best Buy lost a customer for life. I truly would not recommend Best Buy to anyone.

Installers didn't seem to have any problems. Had a little water come out when putting on new hose but no issues since.

This review is for the installation only of my refrigerator...... "Bare Bones", that's how I would describe the install of all 5 of my appliances from Best Buy. In the specific case of this refrigerator installation, I can say that the installers left many of the shipping materials still inside and on the refrigerator, like taped parts and protective surface coverings. The doors were not balanced or aligned and the refrigerator itself was not balanced on my uneven paver floor. I might buy from them but no longer purchase the installation portion.
