They explained what we would need to before using the water or ice. They assembled all the shelving & left the area very clean!!

Nice freezer

They placed it where I wanted it. However they did not level it so guess I'll be doing that.

They new exactly what to do when they delivered the refrigerator. The tech brought the tools needed to connect the water line for the ice maker.

They made sure everything was cleaned, explained what I should expect the next 24 hours after installation from the fridge and reviewed the app with me.

Very impressed by the refrigerator. My husband had to do install bc the space needed an solid oak cabinet trimmed. We live in an well made rv. These gentlemen were willing to wait, but we told them to get back on the road. It could be handle by us.

Over cautious

First one they swore wouldn’t fit. We went back and measured and bought another smaller then our current and they said same thing. We told them to bring it in anyways. Fit fine. Was out a fridge for a week because of this.
