The geek guy did a very professional job and explained the refrigerator after it was installed.

We very much enjoyed having expert installers handle everything with the delivery of our new refrigerator. They were finished in minutes when it would have taken us much longer and probably would have involved trips to the store to get items we didn’t know we needed!

The guys that delivered my range and my new fridge did a wonderful job. They were clean, kind, and made no mess what so ever. They were careful to get the appliances in place without any damage, hooked them up quickly, removed all debris and thanked me in the end. Best Buy hires qualified delivery personnel and it makes all the difference.

They hit our wall on the way in multiple times causing minor damage. Other than that, install process was fine.

Delivery guys did a great job taking the old fridge out and dropping the new one in place (little bit of a squeeze and intentional maneuvering with my front entry). They had to do some minor assembly, which was handled well, no damages or issues. They were respectful of the rest of the property and kept me apprised of what they were doing.

Installers were courteous and efficient. They had the job done well and in no time at all

Installers were very good at their job. Were not very talkative (think they were hispanic) they were very tidy,cleaned up when they left they took all the boxes packing etc. with them.

The delivery crew installed the water filter, removed everything from inside the fridge except the protective plastic, and connected the water line. They even provided a hose that was needed that had not come with the water line kit I had purchased.

My refrigerator came with outside damage and had to returned it. The guys delivering were amazing and professional. Sorry I didn't get it

I was under the impression that I had marked for them to take my old unit but when told I was not the delivery guy said they couldn't take an old one anyway but then told me he would take it if I gave him a tip. When I refused he didn't want to move my old done at all. He also DID NOT remove all packing materials before plugging in and told me I had to do that. Part of those materials were UNDER the freezer. He also did not level it. I am 71 and had to "finish off" the delivery.

The technicians (Java and Peti) called when they were on their way, protected the surfaces in my home, installed my new Refrigerator/Freezer quickly. They then removed all of the trash, then asked to show me how everything worked! This was beyond anything I have ever experienced! So professional, clean, and efficient. And polite!!!

Love this fridge! Holds a lot of food for just two people in a studio apartment.

The Geek Squad team was excellent! One member was familiar to us, and both were professional at all times….their expertise was evident! The malfunctioning refrigerator was replaced, and the new one is working beautifully! We are big fans of the Geek Squad!

These guys were quick and thorough. They didn't waste any time, jumped in and got the job done, cleaned everything up, and explained the system. Couldn't have asked for better service!

Fridge is excellent and Stainless Steel finish gives the kitchen a classy look. There is plenty of space in the main area for all your needs, and the freezer has enough flexibility for all types of products. Temperature has been excellent and keeps items nice & chilled (or frozen in the freezer). Highly recommend this for a new homeowner looking to save on your budget, but want a classy addition to your kitchen :-)

Quick and easy install. Straight in from door to kitchen counter. Doorway a little tight but men very very careful and neat. Only thing would have appreciated was a heads up call, 15-20 minutes before arrival.

This was a replacement for a refrigerator that was damaged by the incompetence of the first team that had delivered a Samsung refrigerator. The second team knew what they were doing. Polite, fast and knowledgeable. The only downside was we had to wait 3 months for the replacement to come in.

Delivery technician properly and quickly connected our existing water service to the new LG refrigerator we purchased at Best Buy. He also provided helpful instructions on how much water and ice needed to be discarded from the new refrigerator before we consumed any of it to purge any manufacturing oils left in the system’s when the refrigerator was built.
