Need Turn Key Solution

The delivery person delivered it but could not install the water line because it does not have the right hook up. I went back to the store, bought additional service supposedly that should take care of the installation. This person came out, looked at the sight and told me that he is not a plumber. I need to have a plumber install the line. I do not know what to tell the plumber to install. I called the service line. Customer service schedule a sight survey. Someone called me back. We talked and he told me what I need to tell the plumber to install. I am very frustrated with this service and thinking of returning it. Why can't you sell everything in a package... make it simple for the customer. As customer, we normally do not know all the technical and what we really need to hook up the fridge. I have the fridge for about a month now and cannot use the ice maker.

Better Communication

Couldn't speak clear English which made it difficult to communicate. Was unable to hook up my waterline and didn't even offer a discount or return visit to take care of it.
