    They came with the fridge and the delivery guys used it to install.

    The Geek Squad service technician, Michael, from the Pensacola BestBuy store delivered and hooked up the new refrigerator. He did not need the "required" Stainless Steel Refrigerator Waterline Kit that I'd paid for so he took it back with him, stating he would make sure I was refunded for the kit. He never processed the refund. He did, however, process my $10.00 donation to St. Jude's Hospital. I am very unhappy with BestBuy.

    Local delivery service was very poor. Initial install crew did not did not level the refrigerator - said that it didn't need it. It really did need to be leveled from front to back, and second crew said basically the same thing, and finally the third crew was able to get it leveled with assistance from me. A lot of phone calls and waiting for crews to arrive - very frustrating.
