The delivery personnel were courteous. They removed most of the packaging for the refrigerator outside of the house. However, they retained some of the cardboard until the refrigerator was permanently placed in the kitchen. They had to remove my front door to bring in the refrigerator. They removed my old refrigerator and placed it in the garage as requested. My refrigerator didn't exactly fit my space, even after I had measured the space (I failed to include the doors in my measuring). The solution was to not place the refrigerator all of the way in to the space so the door could open freely. However, the installer discovered that there was no water coming out of the ice & water dispenser. It was discovered that I had no water line pressure. They recommended that I seek the assistance of a plumber to correct the issue. Initially I contacted Best Buy Geek Squad for a repair first, since it was new and under warranty. The store salesperson stated if there were any issues, that Geek Squad would be able to come out within two days. This information was wrong. After calling the Geek Squad's toll free number, we were informed that no one could come out to inspect my water line issue for about six days. We were perplexed as the store salesperson stated that it would only be two days. The end result was that we waited the six days for a Geek Squad inspector who confirmed that the problem was no water line pressure and not the fault of the refrigerator. So, after an additional day (it was Sunday night) we contacted a plumber who corrected the problem. Back to the installers. There were issues beyond delivery and installation. Upon removing the cardboard and tape affixed to the refrigerator for delivery, they left tape on the kitchen floor and sticky tape on my front door. We didn't have them fix it right then as we didn't notice until after they had left. So, when it was time for the telephonic review, we stated that were unhappy with the installation. A few days later, a rep. from Geek Squad called and stated that someone would be contacting us to schedule an appointment for removal of the tape on the front door and on the kitchen floor. But after a month from that call, no one has contacted us to schedule an appointment for removal of the tape.
