Lg refrigerator has good sized refrigerator freezer compartment. Twin doors refrigerator means open only one side to get some items help maintain temperature has warning bell sound if door left open Only negative do not us metal wrapped ice maker tubing to connect ice maker to water line This tubing metal wrapped gives ice a horrible chemical taste. My husband exchanged metal tubing for blue ice maker tubing ice has no bad taste Know it was tubing because 1st tasted water directly from ice maker water line filter no taste second metal ice maker tubing just connected filter chemical taste then blue tubing just connected to filter water from blue tubing zero chemical taste

So happy we paid for the install, everything was quick and easy.

Crew was quick and accurate in delivery. They navigated through my door and stairs easily. We did need a different water connection kit but it was ok.

They were polite and helpful. I was disappointed they couldn't haul my refrigerator but I was able to get rid of it. They did remove it from the house for me. The delivery was fast and installation was smooth for the most part.

Installing a freezer seems to be an easy thing.. which is not!! just to install the water dispenser is a problem, and the team who did it, did it really fast and without any problem. I have been using the freezer for more than 1 year withut leaks, problems, etc The know how to dissarm and arm the refrigerator doors, cabinets, etc. THANKS GUYS!

Didn't bother with installing a waterline/icemaker hose, I guess we had to pay the $100+ installation option just so we can get a $10 hose connected. We knew we had everything all set up and didn't need a complicated install for the ice maker so when I read the "Free Service" is for "installation and connection to existing waterline..." I selected it. I expected that they would provide the full service and install such an easy part. But had to go to a nearby home depot and do it ourselves and luckily guessed the right thread size. Still appreciate the delivery though. This is just something on best buy's part where they need to call in advance to walk us through any prep we need to do on our part and if we need to upgrade our install service for a "full service" for these unspoken situations.

The install went smoothly, as I had followed the prep checklist. The guys were friendly and helpful, and worked quickly to install my new Samsung 3-door Smart Refrigerator. All went well.

Refrigerator installation was quick and hassle free. The removed the external doors and properly reinstalled them. The were very polite.

Installation was pretty quick. The techs left two minor items for me to adjust on the doors but all in all was good.

Installation and work was clean and on scheduled time. It took 3 bad refrigerators to install. I ended up getting a fridge I was not planning, Fridgedaire works fine, it is OK but not my first choice. It took 70+ days to end up getting a fridge that worked

The guy that installed my refrigerator was so professional. He had a checklist, took photos, asked me if I had any questions. The installation was done quickly and I watched him double check it. the only thing i found frustrating is that he didn't install the door shelves or drawers. I was able to do this but it was very confusing on how they went in.
