    2nd service call to reconnect the water line to our brand new refrigerator from best buy after they connected to wrong line first. Now say they cannot connect & said for us to call a plumber. Service from Best Buy Bastrop has been way below acceptable. Will never consider buying from them again.

    Installer showing me pictures of corroded pipes these pipes were not mine My brother-in-law installed the water line just had to buy another kit cuz of the one that I purchased with the refrigerator was not long enough

    Kitchenaid Stainless Steel Refrigertor

    The product was exactly as described online and was a perfect addition to my other Kitchenaid appliances. The deliver was on time and perfect. Friendly and courteous deliver men. There were in an out in no time. They wore their mask the entire visit, explained everything about the refrigerator, removed the packaging and left no mess behind. A great experience!!

    Our delivery person arrived early, was friendly and efficient. He knew just what to do to remove the old refrigerator and installed the new one literally in minutes. Nothing was broken in the process and he gave us all the instructions on how to get the ice maker and water flowing cleanly. Great service!

    Unfortunately my refrigerator did not come with an ice maker which would have been the water line which this review is for. I elected not to have an ice maker as I do not use ice. Again, I am Extremely Satisfied with my Refrigerator and Freezer.

    I called BestBuy to have the installation guys come back and complete my installation. Which wasn't completed because the water line was to short. I signed off on the job thinking that they were going to return as soon as I made anther appointment once I got a longer water line. I paid for them to install a water line and i expect a return to finish the job. Upon calling the store to make the appointment I was told my job was completed. I was shocked and tried to explain the situation. I asked her to call the men who came to install my refrigerator and they could explain everything. She assured me she would call me back but never did. I have had problems in the past with orders with Best Buy and figured Id take one for chance with you. I am not happy right now about this whole situation. I bought this refrigerator expecting it to get installed the same day. If someone doesn't fix this then this is going to be my last buy from Best Buy. It will be a shame because I still need to replace a stove and dishwasher.

    The service technician went way above and beyond the installation. After he connected the waterline my touch faucet wasn't working correctly, he was very helpful over text with pictures to try and help me correct the issue. When I wasn't able to resolve it myself he came back at the end of his workday to fix the problem. Great customer service, thank you!!

    Love my appliances and the customer service was excellent and got everything put in and done in a great timely matter love this store will most definitely recommend anyone that wants great quality products to shop here.

    This was well worth it!!! The person they had come was fantastic - very professional, did a great job, and no leaks!!! I'm not sure what a plumber would normally charge (it may be more or less than this), but I'm very happy with what we paid and the work the person did. I would recommend this service!!!

    He did good with setting everything up but forgot his trash and didn’t take all the stuff off of the appliances

    Worst Install Customer Experience

    This review is on the horrible Geek Squad third party installer that Best Buy contracted with. First they miss the install window of 8-12, without a phone call at all. I called at 11 to check and the rep said they were on their way. By 1pm I called again and they said sorry they are running late they will arrive around 2:30. By the time they did arrive, I couldn't pay attention to them because I had another appointment at my house (just moved in). That night I noticed a huge ~15" gouge on the hardwood in front of the refrigerator of my new house. Best Buy sent the 3rd party who did the install to come evaluate the damage. The person who came also missed his 1-4 window and came at 8-9pm! He took photos of the huge gouge. Then 3 weeks later a piece of certified mail arrived (addressed from a random person's home) stating that the refrigerator was not in the photo the claim agent took, stated that the damage was nowhere near the refrigerator, and then denied rhe claim. Unreal how Best Buy conducts business, and takes NO accountability for the Geek Squad third party they dispatched. Best Buy, YOU contracted this installer who came to my house... I did not choose to do business with them, so why is this now a situation of me having to hear from an installer who damages homes and can say "not my fault?" Don't get me started on the same experience when I recently bought a washer/dryer from Best Buy, and that installer completely chipped the entire edge of the travertine tiles in my laundry room.

    The installers were very professional and polite. The refrigerator was just installed yesterday so am still running water through it to eliminate any taste from the hose, which is what was recommend. The copper line for the water had a turn off valve that did not work. So the workers moved quickly to turn off the water and install lines with the kit. I would highly recommend these installers. Ice maker is working great.
