    In July I ordered a new refrigerator as well as a new range. At this time I paid for a new waterline installation. The refrigerator showed up on time, no problems there. The range was a no-show twice before I finally received it with multiple dents in it. I attempted to have the range exchanged, however, the new range showed up more damaged than the last. I have finally gave up on the range, even though it cost over $700, I'm going to live with it. My biggest problem is that the waterline installation has been a no-show a total of five times. This is so frustrating. If I could return the refrigerator at this point I would. However now I'm stuck with the refrigerator that has a water and ice dispenser that does not work. They called recently to check on my range due to the fact that I canceled the last exchange date. At this time they rescheduled the waterline installation for next week. I know that it won't happen though. They will be a no-show no call just like they have been the last five times. I'm so disappointed in everything that is happened with Best Buy. I will never buy from Best Buy again. Actually, my grandmother needed a new refrigerator and has a Best Buy card, however we went to Lowe's instead due to the fact that I've had a horrible experience with my appliance purchase from Best Buy.

    I bought a new refrigerator and this was part of the installation. The serviceman installed it so I assume it worked. It was recommended with my purchase and I don't know if its actually needed but I didn't want issues with my install

    If it wasn't for Tommy who installed my water line, my refrigerator would never be installed properly. He went above and beyond his job of the installation of the water line. He did what the so called geek squad was supposed to do. He was shocked that they left my new refrigerator was just left for him to do. Thank you Tommy...

    It took 4 month to have someone come out and connect the water. Their people didnt know how to work with pex pipes so i had to find someone to do it for me... after promising that they would do it... the whole experience was horrible and nooo one DID ANYTHING to help me!! They just kept making it worse!!... just giving me delivery dates that either they didnt show up for or couldnt do it or damaged supplies where sent to me!!! i order appliances in Nov and april 21st i STILL DIDNT HAVE ALL MY APPLIANCES! Soo i returned EVERYTHING. I went to home depot ordered everything sat and i got EVERYTHING DELIVERED UP N RUNNING ON THUR!!!!! I AM SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED IN BEST BUY!!

    a couple of guys came in to install a new water line for the ice and water dispenser of my new fridge. They were on time and only took about 30 minutes for the job to be complete. Great job!

    this is the second Bosch refrigerator we've had beginning March 13. The water dispenser leaked on the first one, it could not be fixed even after 3 attempts by the Geek Squad, so we returned it and had it replaced with another Bosch about 3 weeks later. That was one week ago. The water dispenser leaks in the new one. The freezer works fine.

    This was by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had at Best Buy. This product was delivered to my new home on a Saturday and because the delivery drivers did not come prepared to drop it off in my house, it sat in my garage until Monday when my installation for the waterline was. The driver called on Monday morning and would not complete that appointment because the fridge was not where he needed it. I spent five hours on the phone Monday to finally get a Geek Squad team to bring the item in my house. The waterline installation was rescheduled for Tuesday morning. When the installation was complete, it was found that when the Geek Squad crew was bringing the fridge in the house, they bent a hose in the door and now it leaks water all over the floor. I spent another 3 hours on the phone today trying to get someone who won't be able to come out for another six days. This was a miserable experience and it is unlikely I will shop at Best Buy in the future.

    I was surprised to find out I was charged for a service not provided. The lady that attended to me at the store told me I will not be charged if there was no need to install new waterline, and move it from the basement to the main floor. The handyman used the old system in the basement, and told me he is not charging me for a new one since he just used the old one and didn't have to put the new line. However, after some month I found out I was still billed. All effort to rectify this proved abortive. i wen to the store where the Items were bought in Union NJ, at least 3 times. Each time I was told that the manage is the only one that can refund the money and she's not around. Each time I was told she will given me a call, but no one ever called me till today. I am very unhappy and equally disappointing that best buy could do that, especially when all my appliances where bought from them. From unsatisfied customer.

    The gentleman who installed the pex line and icemaker on my new samsung refrigerator were pleasant and intelligent. Great workmanship. Samsung sold me a refrigerator with crooked doors and is leaving me hang as well as best buy. Shame on you both. I didnt pay for seconds.
