    I actually had to have this install done twice. I was not home for the first and had a friend home to take the install. Unfortunately, the fridge got scratched up coming into the house. But Bestbuy replaced it no problem and I was home for the second crew. They were amazing and took great care not to damage the fridge and did a great job on the install.

    Install Flawless for this Fridge

    Luis Jose and Demond made this install flawless. They went above and beyond sending out a last mile tech to make sure the intall was working a top effiency. Hopefully the fridge lives up to expectations.

    I ordered this because it specifically included 20 foot of water supply line in the price. The guys showed up, who looked no older than 20 years old and started getting to work. About 20 min in they tell me they don't have the supplies to tap into the metal water pipe, but there is PEX, but they would have to run the line to it and its further away, costing more. I asked how far away and was told 20 foot. So I said well the installation package I bought specifically includes up to 20 foot of line. Showed him the order on my phone and the one installer says "well I dont know what they are talking about, but whatever I'll just do it, I need to get going" stormed off and slammed the door going to his truck to get supplies. After that he was short with me and had an attitude. I told bestbuy about it and they said they would address it, but couldn't let me know what actions they were taking. Whatever. I'm going out of my way to no make purchases from BB anymore.

    Gentlemen came to install my waterline and was super professional.had a slight issue with my water being backwards (cold where the hot water should be and hot where the cold water should be). It was my fault for not mentioning to him that my lines were backwards before he started working on it. Overall he was very professional and quickly fixed the problem. I️ would definitely recommend and use in the future

    Purchased the refrigerator in November. Was contacted a week later and told the refrigerator would not be available until maybe April. Received my billing from my Best Buy card and it showed I was being charged interest, (deferred). When I contacted Customer Service the representative told me that interest was being charged and was the cost of reserving the refrigerator so I could be assured of reserving my place in line to receive it whenever it became available. Communication with the representative was difficult due to her mediocre grasp of language skills. I had to cancel my purchase so I would not be charged 5 months of interest for a refrigerator which Best Buy could not deliver.

    If it wasn't for Tommy who installed my water line, my refrigerator would never be installed properly. He went above and beyond his job of the installation of the water line. He did what the so called geek squad was supposed to do. He was shocked that they left my new refrigerator was just left for him to do. Thank you Tommy...

    In July I ordered a new refrigerator as well as a new range. At this time I paid for a new waterline installation. The refrigerator showed up on time, no problems there. The range was a no-show twice before I finally received it with multiple dents in it. I attempted to have the range exchanged, however, the new range showed up more damaged than the last. I have finally gave up on the range, even though it cost over $700, I'm going to live with it. My biggest problem is that the waterline installation has been a no-show a total of five times. This is so frustrating. If I could return the refrigerator at this point I would. However now I'm stuck with the refrigerator that has a water and ice dispenser that does not work. They called recently to check on my range due to the fact that I canceled the last exchange date. At this time they rescheduled the waterline installation for next week. I know that it won't happen though. They will be a no-show no call just like they have been the last five times. I'm so disappointed in everything that is happened with Best Buy. I will never buy from Best Buy again. Actually, my grandmother needed a new refrigerator and has a Best Buy card, however we went to Lowe's instead due to the fact that I've had a horrible experience with my appliance purchase from Best Buy.

    These gentlemen were professionals. Neat, clean and really knew what they were doing. All new water lines to refrigerator. They knew just where to go and efficient in there hook-up of the line. Very clean and again professional.
