    They never called never showed

    Specifically called Customer Service to call me before they arrived and at least give a smaller then 12 hour window of when they would be there, as this is an empty condo I am renovating, they stated they would be there around 4 so I made sure I was there then just in case. Waited around an hour and they never called. Therefore I had to call customer service again to ask them whether they were going to show up, they claimed that they already showed up while NEVER calling me. The customer rep claimed they called and took a picture of where they showed up when I wasn't there, but I definitely never received a call thought they claimed they made one. So not sure what picture they took and what call they made but I can never received a call. Obviously extremely frustrated I cancelled the purchase as this is extremely basic courtesy that was not provided.

    Installation water line

    Installed new water line without incidence, no leaks. They cleaned up before they left. Gave directions to toss out first gallon of water and 3 ice cube runs.

    The installation kit was just what we needed. It is great to have a metal connection. The kit included the connection to the water line for the ice maker. That was important, because the prior one had a slow leak. It was good to address this with the installation.

    You have to stay on top of them so they don't damage your walls or anything while bringing the stuff in as well as during installlation

    Install Flawless for this Fridge

    Luis Jose and Demond made this install flawless. They went above and beyond sending out a last mile tech to make sure the intall was working a top effiency. Hopefully the fridge lives up to expectations.

    These gentlemen were professionals. Neat, clean and really knew what they were doing. All new water lines to refrigerator. They knew just where to go and efficient in there hook-up of the line. Very clean and again professional.

    I reviewed the install of our LG refrigerator with the fridge review. No installation by BB after months of trying to get water line and fridge installed. BB customer service sucks! That's the only way to say it!! My husband put in the water line and the fridge. We have Total Tech membership and that offers free delivery and install - but no luck with any install - Pathetic assistance whenever I called or went on-line for customer service. Thankfully my husband is knowledgeable/ambitious and able to run the line and hook up the fridge/ice maker. BB couldn't offer this help!

    I am glad thus service was recommended. My old line wss 20+ years. The installer was efficient, answered my questions and showed me the onside if the old line which had a build up inside and smelled. T by e water/ice in my new fridge tastes grwat, clean and clear

    Purchased the refrigerator in November. Was contacted a week later and told the refrigerator would not be available until maybe April. Received my billing from my Best Buy card and it showed I was being charged interest, (deferred). When I contacted Customer Service the representative told me that interest was being charged and was the cost of reserving the refrigerator so I could be assured of reserving my place in line to receive it whenever it became available. Communication with the representative was difficult due to her mediocre grasp of language skills. I had to cancel my purchase so I would not be charged 5 months of interest for a refrigerator which Best Buy could not deliver.

    My latest experience with Best Buy has solidified the fact that they don't care about customer service or about individual experience. Due to glitch in their system they kept canceling my installation appointment 4 times in a roll. That resulted in many hours on chat/phone to reschedule, multiple days taken off from work to accommodate their availability and at the end the installer showing up at the wrong address despite the fact I spent 45 minutes on chat a week before that to correct it. After showing up at the wrong address 2 hours after the time frame provided for my appointment, the installer canceled my appointment once again. Customer service had me on hold for 90 minutes to speak to a supervisor who couldn't offer anything other than rescheduling the appointment for another 10 days in the future. I will never, ever buy as much as a $1 item from Best Buy. They do not care about customer service.

    The man that came to deliver and set up my new refrigerator was early, COVID sage and considerate, efficient and very polite. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He also explained how to set up and work things as well as what to expect (down to temp time, filter installation and so on).

    Terrible customer service/long phone wait times

    I ordered a whole kitchen of appliances from Best Buy - a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. I was told I had a delivery and installation window of 8-12. Then the day before I was told that in fact the refrigerator water line was scheduled to be installed between 12 and 4. My husband and I scrambled so that one of us could be home. I called the morning of the deliveries/installations to confirm that the afternoon appointment was definitely happening. I was told by 3 different people (after being kept on hold and hung up on by a few customer service reps) that the appointment was definitely happening. The installers never showed up and when I called Best Buy (again, long wait times on the phone, people hanging up on me after putting me on hold, finally reached someone who actually helped) they were not able to schedule a new time for more than a week. Installation finally happened this past Saturday. Sunday, we found that the new water line they had installed was leaking. And, you guessed it, I had to spend 45 minutes on the phone to schedule the repair, which won't happen for a week. Totally disappointing and poor coordination and customer service.

    Our installers were really nice and did good work. Customer service was even better. But they had to take the doors off my fridge to get it in the house and now the freezer lights don't work. Best Buy is fixing it at no cost to me and everything else works great
