Beware of samsung

Great workmanship. Samsung sold me a refrigerator with crooked doors and is leaving me hang as well as best buy. Shame on you both. I didnt pay for seconds.

Water dispenser is defective

The water dispenser leaked on the first one, it could not be fixed even after 3 attempts by the Geek Squad, so we returned it and had it replaced with another Bosch about 3 weeks later. That was one week ago. The water dispenser leaks in the new one. The freezer works fine.

For the Job!

The kit included the connection to the water line for the ice maker. That was important, because the prior one had a slow leak. It was good to address this with the installation.

They never called never showed

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Specifically called Customer Service to call me before they arrived and at least give a smaller then 12 hour window of when they would be there, as this is an empty condo I am renovating, they stated they would be there around 4 so I made sure I was there then just in case. Waited around an hour and they never called. Therefore I had to call customer service again to ask them whether they were going to show up, they claimed that they already showed up while NEVER calling me. The customer rep claimed they called and took a picture of where they showed up when I wasn't there, but I definitely never received a call thought they claimed they made one. So not sure what picture they took and what call they made but I can never received a call. Obviously extremely frustrated I cancelled the purchase as this is extremely basic courtesy that was not provided.

Terrible service - mistake after mistake

This product was delivered to my new home on a Saturday and because the delivery drivers did not come prepared to drop it off in my house, it sat in my garage until Monday when my installation for the waterline was. The driver called on Monday morning and would not complete that appointment because the fridge was not where he needed it. I spent five hours on the phone Monday to finally get a Geek Squad team to bring the item in my house. The waterline installation was rescheduled for Tuesday morning. When the installation was complete, it was found that when the Geek Squad crew was bringing the fridge in the house, they bent a hose in the door and now it leaks water all over the floor. I spent another 3 hours on the phone today trying to get someone who won't be able to come out for another six days. This was a miserable experience and it is unlikely I will shop at Best Buy in the future.

Total Tech = Total Fail....

They left without finishing the job. I had to complete the installation myself. It was NOT really that difficult.... This is not the first time i have had a poor experience with BestBuy in home delivery and installation. I decided NOT to renew my TotalTech benefits when they came up for renewal this year. I don't feel it is worth it.

Water line installation

The installer was efficient, answered my questions and showed me the onside if the old line which had a build up inside and smelled. T by e water/ice in my new fridge tastes grwat, clean and clear

Charge for Water Install

We were told the install would be free.

Service not provided

The lady that attended to me at the store told me I will not be charged if there was no need to install new waterline, and move it from the basement to the main floor. The handyman used the old system in the basement, and told me he is not charging me for a new one since he just used the old one and didn't have to put the new line. However, after some month I found out I was still billed. All effort to rectify this proved abortive. i wen to the store where the Items were bought in Union NJ, at least 3 times. Each time I was told that the manage is the only one that can refund the money and she's not around. Each time I was told she will given me a call, but no one ever called me till today. I am very unhappy and equally disappointing that best buy could do that, especially when all my appliances where bought from them. From unsatisfied customer.

Terrible Experience

Due to glitch in their system they kept canceling my installation appointment 4 times in a roll. That resulted in many hours on chat/phone to reschedule, multiple days taken off from work to accommodate their availability and at the end the installer showing up at the wrong address despite the fact I spent 45 minutes on chat a week before that to correct it. After showing up at the wrong address 2 hours after the time frame provided for my appointment, the installer canceled my appointment once again. Customer service had me on hold for 90 minutes to speak to a supervisor who couldn't offer anything other than rescheduling the appointment for another 10 days in the future. I will never, ever buy as much as a $1 item from Best Buy. They do not care about customer service.

Customer service was even better. But they had to take the doors off my fridge to get it in the house and now the freezer lights don't work. Best Buy is fixing it at no cost to me and everything else works great
