I’m ultimately happy with the water line installation, the first crew that came out must not have had experience, had to reschedule a few days out, there next crew knew exactly what they were doing and installation was complete in 30 minutes.

this was delayed many times due to scheduling and computer errors with best buy

You have to stay on top of them so they don't damage your walls or anything while bringing the stuff in as well as during installlation

The man that came to deliver and set up my new refrigerator was early, COVID sage and considerate, efficient and very polite. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He also explained how to set up and work things as well as what to expect (down to temp time, filter installation and so on).

Very professional and knowledgeable. Walked me through my options, explained their idea of the best option and did a great job. Highly recommend.

Wonderful service yet again! The gentelman that installed new water line to our new fridge were very professional, had quality work, were on time, and just awesome!

THE REFRIGERATOR IS GREAT. THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE TREATED ME EXACTLY LIKE A USED CAR SALESMAN. AFTER THE PURCHASE HE DID NOT WANT TO PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION WITH REGARDS TO THE FINANCING ETC... AND WHEN ASKED HE SIMPLY REPLIED “ THAT’S JUST THE WAY IT IS” HE WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL...

They did a great job; however the plastic around the handle was not removed.

It didn't need to happen and I am STILL NOT SURE IF IT WAS TAKEN OFF MY BILL EVEN AFTER I CALLED THE STORE AND ASKED. I HAVE NOT BEEN HAPPY WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER PURCHASE. I also am not happy that delivery personnel are not at all connected with the store itself. They are independent contractors with no paperwork to leave you and no proof that they were there. I have no idea if anything I told them is passed along to the store (like that they did NOT have to install the water line or use the water kit).

We still havent gotten waterline cinnected. It was scheduled when worker was on vacation and dropped. I had to contact BB to find out why no ine came out. They delivered refregerator and a dent in each door so had to reorder doors. I never had so much problems before. Really disappointed.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! No ONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE CAN HELP YOU. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY DISHWASHER PICKED UP FOR THE PAST 2 WEEKS. IT WAS DROPPED OFF AND DOES NOT WORK. NO ONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL HELP. YOU CANNOT GET WITH A MANAGER. I HAD 2 TEAMS COME TO MY HOUSE AFTER WAITING PAST THE EXPECTED ARRIVAL TIME ONLY TO SAY THEY CANNOT TAKE THE APPLIANCE BECAUSE ITS ALREADY INSTALLED. I WANT THIS DISHWASHER PICKED UP AND MY MONEY BACK!!! I HAVE WASTED 2 WEEKS TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO HELP ME AND NO ONE WILL. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM YOU. REFUND MY MONEY NOW!! I SHOULD NOT BE PUNISHED BECAUSE OF YOUR INCOMPETENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

It took about 3 weeks but A&S was the third team sent to my house to install a new water line for the refrigerator I ordered 7/16/2020. I recently purchased a washer and dryer which is expected on August 28, 2020. I would like A&S to handle the install for that delivery so I can do laundry please thank you!

Well, the refrigerator/freezer is just what I wanted. Working well finally. However, horrible service. Took 7 (seven trips) to try to get it level and not wobbly. Finally had a friend do the work. Will say all the Geek squad people were friendly, and tried to help. The service guys was another thing!!!

Excellent services. Technician arrived on time and finished the task quickly and nicely.

The team was quick and efficient. Definitely worth paying for this service. The item was to big to fit through my door, so they had to take the front door off the hinge and they were so careful with it. I appreciate them! Worth the service fee.

The installation of the new fridge was quick and professional. The installers had it in and the old one out in no time. Everything was set and cleaned up before they left and all of our questions were answered.

The ones who installed the fridge would not level it. Also, they couldn't do the waterline right because I have an osmossis line set up. The crew that came the second day could not do anything about the installation and shut off valve, but they were generous enough to level the fridge.

I ordered a whole kitchen of appliances from Best Buy - a stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and microwave. I was told I had a delivery and installation window of 8-12. Then the day before I was told that in fact the refrigerator water line was scheduled to be installed between 12 and 4. My husband and I scrambled so that one of us could be home. I called the morning of the deliveries/installations to confirm that the afternoon appointment was definitely happening. I was told by 3 different people (after being kept on hold and hung up on by a few customer service reps) that the appointment was definitely happening. The installers never showed up and when I called Best Buy (again, long wait times on the phone, people hanging up on me after putting me on hold, finally reached someone who actually helped) they were not able to schedule a new time for more than a week. Installation finally happened this past Saturday. Sunday, we found that the new water line they had installed was leaking. And, you guessed it, I had to spend 45 minutes on the phone to schedule the repair, which won't happen for a week. Totally disappointing and poor coordination and customer service.

The installers were very professional and installed more than required due to another installer skipping out on an gas range install. There was a team of 2 that explained the process and got the job done quickly. They also cleaned up after themselves. In addition, they walked me through the items' checklist to show that it worked before they left.

The BEST BUY recommended to choose the $134.99 Refrigerator Installation + New Waterline installation option if you're purchasing a fridge with ice maker and don't have a waterline, they said that this option would install your fridge and create a dedicated waterline with shut-off valve. I selected this option while placed the order, However, during delivery & installation, the technician did not install any dedicated waterline with shut-off valve for my fridge at all, and they still charged me $134.99 for "Refrigerator Installation + New Waterline", I called the BEST BUY Customer service, they did not refund me back the amount, I definitely not recommend you choose this installation option, same job can been done through the Free Installation option.
