Excellent service from Geek squad and support from Best Buy was phenomenal recommending a nice appliance.

Was done quickly and effectively (especially since the installers needed to drill holes through the cabinets.

Great work and excellent attention to detail. The Best Buy installation team did a great job. The explained all of the features of my new refrigerator, installed the water line, installed the filter and hauled away the old refrigerator. Very happy with their work.

The Geek crew arrived with my new wine fridge, sliced off the bottom of the box, removed and installed the new fridge handily and then set the thermostat. Finally, they asked for a broom to sweep up bits of styrofoam residue. The install crew was awesome!

Installers were very efficient with the install time and did a nice job explaining getting rid of two buckets of ice and running a good amount of water through the lines prior to using ice/water to help with any "plastic" taste from a new product.

Love my new frig. I no longer have to purchase bottled water. And the inside lights are so bright, also everything is so cold and my freezer is Right on ‼️ Love it.

These guys are the best! Had a little snag because there’s a bedroom right below where the refrigerator was. So clearly they couldn’t run the water line through the bedroom. After just a couple minutes they figured out an alternative that worked easily. Very impressed!

I purchased my refrigerator on 5/30/21. I also purchased the installation of the waterline. It is now over a month, and 4 (customer service assisted bookings), of appointments, and no one has shown up. I even canceled going to visit my family out of state, in hopes that they would have shown up for sure . Needless to say, I am VERY FRUSTRATED to say the least. As recent as yesterday 7/3/21, I called again for an appointment. The representative sent me an email confirming my appointment. Approximately 4 hours later I got another email telling me to book an appointment. I am NOT A HAPPY CAMPER.

Kept me informed about their progress. Answered all my questions. Very professional.

This was a excellent installation by a very courteous and professional installation team. They were knowledgeable about the refrigerator and waterline and carried out the installation in a very short timeframe. I would highly recommend their work.

My old Frig already had a water line, so a new installation was not needed. The wonderful team that delivered my refrigerator was able to hook the new Frig up to my existing water line.

I work at Best Buy and i have never experienced so bad of a customer service. The installers so far came to me house twice already and still didn't connect my water line/shut-off vaule for my fridge. I have scheduled a 3rd appointment to try to fix the issue. If your installers can't do certain works then you shouldn't be selling it... Why have services like this one on the site with your appliances if those installers can't do them. I know Geek Squad knows what they are doing for all tect but if Best Buy is hiring a 3rd party to install these appliances but they can't do the work why is Best Buy still paying them... Best Buy please just train or hire plumbers to finish these installs.
