It took a while to get on schedule for waterline install for our new fridge but Tyrone was excellent when he came and got us fixed up. Materials used appear to be good quality. Personnel knowledgeable and personable.

Before buying my new refrigerator. We had advised the sales associate that we did NOT have an existing water line… she said no problem they can install it. Two men arrived at my house I showed them where the water line needs to be and they told me they needed an existing water line and that they couldn’t do that …. So I am currently waiting on a refund for that . I had to have my friend come in and install the whole thing. Even though I was told they would do it when purchasing

Best installers in the business. And these products are the best. Waterline is unique. And I think a brilliant idea in composition. These men put the whole thing quickly, professionally and with no mess.

The guys who delivered the refrigerator and added the water line were great. They arrived on time, were careful bringing it in, installed the line with no problem or mess, and were very polite.

They did not impress me by showing up without all the needed parts. I had to buy and change my water supply hose. They also delivered and installed the fridge. Lots of miscommunications with the office and very little advice on operations. Mostly interested in getting paperwork signed and getting out. I recommend the product but not the installers.

The project was never done. A guy came and they said they couldn’t do the job and did a poor job explaining why. They cancelled three times until they finally arrived... and just said no. I went to the Best Buy store to let them know what happened as the same project install was done at my friends place similar situation. My friend recommended to get the fridge at Best Buy for this reason. But this has been an absolute waste of time. Now I have a refrigerator that doesnt have water installed for a month now. Best Buy store has done nothing to help with the rescheduling.

The gentleman who came to do the installation was pleasant, properly masked for COVID, and on time; however, he said he was unable to install the water source to the refrigerator because Best Buy does not allow technicians to cut drywall. I will end up having to spend a lot more on a plumber and had I known this I might have made a different choice regarding where I got my refrigerator and/or which one I purchased. It was a big disappointment.

Helpful guys who came in to install the fridge. Very professional and efficient

The guys who came over were so great. The fridge didn't;t fit through my front door so they had patience until we figured out how to get it in. The really nice guy installed the ice maker in about 10 min.

The team who installed our appliance was the best ever. We have had many, many delivery and installers through the years and this team was the most professional, capable, polite and efficient ever.

Third-party installers were quite professional and efficient. No issues.

Installers were fast, curtious and very knowledgable. They followed all covid protocols, while still removing our old refrigerator and moving in the new one. All without damaging our doorways or paint.

The installers were on time, courteous, well dressed in their uniforms. They removed my old unit to the garage, installed the new one very efficiently and with care. I would recommend this crew for some award for customer service.

Brandon and Nick were EXCELLENT. In and out in no time. Explained features setup and shut off. I drilled access hole which first installers said they wouldn’t do. Brandon said they would have done it.

The delivery guys were great! The fridge was too big to go through the entry door so they managed to take it from the basement door. Were very careful and didn’t scratch the freshly painted walls! Installation also was a breeze Thanks
