My waterline is working but it was not install the professional way that it should’ve been installed.The first guys used a way to hook it up which was not the right way that your company supposed to hook it up. I just found that out. Unhappy about it.

This time is second time, nice more than first time

Your 3rd party installation company was absolutely horrible. I went on vacation right after they installed the frig so this review is a little late. I would rate a 0 if I could. I need to call the Geek Squad again as we didn't notice until they had left that the Frig was absolutely not level and is leaning backwards and they dented the right hand door too. The one guy, I think his name was Luis? He was so rude through the whole process too.

We just recently ordered this. It is scheduled to be delivered on 1/15/2019

The installation crew was awesome! Jessie made sure we got scheduled right away and kept me up to date on everything. They did a great job and were very professional and polite. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

If I could give these guys six stars, I would! They did such a fantastic job! They problem solved a few issues and wouldn't leave until they got it right. VERY professional and jacks of all trades.

The Best Buy installers were on time professional and took the time to show us how to operate the new refrigerator and how to adjust it to our liking. They get a A+ from us.

I was not happy with my refrigerator install. Sending guys out to complete kept getting the run around. Just got installed February 2024. Delivered in January 2024. They never offered anything. Poor service The last two guys that came to my house to install was very nice from the geek squad. I will never purchase any appliances from Best Buy.

I am grateful to the installers who went beyond the call of duty to move the refrigerator into my kitchen. They had to remove the doors and creatively positioned the unit to make it through the kitchen door.

I live in an old house... very old. I thought this install might be a little tricky which is why I chose not to bother with my old fridge when I moved in. But the install team made it all look easy and hassle-free when they delivered and installed my fridge. I had ice 4 hours later. :)

I had a broken ice maker for like 7 years. They assess the old hookup and create a new one. They assess water pressure, gave me some info about the ice and water line, and highlighted the fridge. Excellent job everything is working great.

When the installers arrived they brought in the fride and stove range. They installed my range and when it came time to install the water line I paid for, they told me they could not do it because it was not on the work order. Plus there was parts that were missing. So i never got the water line intalled and they still charged me plus i paid for an accesory for the water line and never got credit back for neither. 100+ dollars down the drain, called and went to Best Buy and they had trouble finding the work order and giving back a refund. Wont be using these services again. Also I have proof that imstallers wrote notes of order not being completed on the work order.

They were very careful bringing in my fridge and didn't damage the door

The waterline was not connected and in use when done. The service team said they are not plumbers, and they did not have the appropriate fittings to complete the job. I do give them credit for being amiable and personable.

I had absolutely no problem with the water line aspect of the refrigerator install. I had MAJOR problems with the delivery and installation of the refrigerator. The two deliverymen showed up and REFUSED to bring the refrigerator into my house. They left it packaged in our garage and did not remove the old one. I had to ask a couple family members to come help me get it into our home and installed. Absolutely HORRID experience.

The men who installed did a great job. Going over water line. Making sure everything worked properly. They were quick and very knowledgeable. They had a tight space to work in and thankfully everything fit.

Bought this service for my new drisgw and am very happy with it.

The contracted installation tech was first scheduled to come out the day after delivery - he called last minute to reschedule for the next week and said he would call back with a timeframe. Didn't call back until late day (3pm) to say he would be here at 4. Good thing we were home anyway. Then he ran the line under the dishwasher, and somehow made the dishwasher inoperable. Best Buy is sending a new tech out to check installation and look at the dishwasher. But now, with the way the waterline was run under the dishwasher, the waterline needs to be removed to pull the dishwasher out. Shortcuts are not ok!

The water line install was seamless and was very quick - guys did a great job. There seems to be a bit of a communication break down between the sales at Best Buy and the installers.
