Before buying my new refrigerator. We had advised the sales associate that we did NOT have an existing water line… she said no problem they can install it. Two men arrived at my house I showed them where the water line needs to be and they told me they needed an existing water line and that they couldn’t do that …. So I am currently waiting on a refund for that . I had to have my friend come in and install the whole thing. Even though I was told they would do it when purchasing

Not Impressed!!!! When the water line installers appeared they took all of 5 mins to tell us that they wouldnt go under the cabinets, They Don't Do That!! Totally displeased with these people. We told the sales person what would need to be done and they never inputted this info in on the sales call. But the attitude of the installers was awful.

I bought a Maytag refrigerator with icemaker and paid for the installation of the refrigerator and icemaker on July 26. It is now August 22 and despite read heated requests by me, I cannot get a straight answer as to when they will hook up the icemaker even though I Artie paid for it. The elevated my case to a so-called advocate and I call that advocate three times and have not received a response. This lack of execution and follow-through is unacceptable.

Technician did a great job with the waterline installation. Perfect.

I had a broken ice maker for like 7 years. They assess the old hookup and create a new one. They assess water pressure, gave me some info about the ice and water line, and highlighted the fridge. Excellent job everything is working great.

The two men who installed the water line were very competent. After installation, one of the men explained what I needed to do before drinking any water from the line. He, also, took the time to show me where the valve was to shut off the line if ever needed. I was very happy with the experience.

The installation crew was awesome! Jessie made sure we got scheduled right away and kept me up to date on everything. They did a great job and were very professional and polite. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

If I could give these guys six stars, I would! They did such a fantastic job! They problem solved a few issues and wouldn't leave until they got it right. VERY professional and jacks of all trades.

I am grateful to the installers who went beyond the call of duty to move the refrigerator into my kitchen. They had to remove the doors and creatively positioned the unit to make it through the kitchen door.

The men who installed did a great job. Going over water line. Making sure everything worked properly. They were quick and very knowledgeable. They had a tight space to work in and thankfully everything fit.

Im currently on my 3rd try at installing a water line for the refrigerator i purchased over a month ago. I explained the situation that my refrigerator is on tje opposite side of the sink and the message was no relayed to the installer. When it was delivered they said needed site inspection and nothing was done. They said they would call to set up and no call. I had to go back in to reschedule the install. Got an appointment for the install and they came 4 hours late. Again they said no site inspection so they dont have enough time to do it. They did the site inspection and they refused to install under my house and came up with another somution that will add $250 and have to go throught my cabinets, into the pantry, out tbe pantry, over the doorway, and down to the regrigerator. Ill give you a call to reschedule. Still no call now have to go back and reschedule again.

The waterline was not connected and in use when done. The service team said they are not plumbers, and they did not have the appropriate fittings to complete the job. I do give them credit for being amiable and personable.

Professional and courteous installers. They were done in no time at all. Showed me how to use all of the features. This was the kind of installation that we have always had and have come to expect from Best Buy!!

The contracted installation tech was first scheduled to come out the day after delivery - he called last minute to reschedule for the next week and said he would call back with a timeframe. Didn't call back until late day (3pm) to say he would be here at 4. Good thing we were home anyway. Then he ran the line under the dishwasher, and somehow made the dishwasher inoperable. Best Buy is sending a new tech out to check installation and look at the dishwasher. But now, with the way the waterline was run under the dishwasher, the waterline needs to be removed to pull the dishwasher out. Shortcuts are not ok!

The Best Buy installers were on time professional and took the time to show us how to operate the new refrigerator and how to adjust it to our liking. They get a A+ from us.

The water line install was seamless and was very quick - guys did a great job. There seems to be a bit of a communication break down between the sales at Best Buy and the installers.
