The two men who installed the water line were very competent. After installation, one of the men explained what I needed to do before drinking any water from the line. He, also, took the time to show me where the valve was to shut off the line if ever needed. I was very happy with the experience.

Guys came out and installed my water line for my new refrigerator that had water dispenser and ice maker. They were on time and didn’t take long to install. Very professional and cleaned up after they were finished.

The team will wait to install the water line if the ice maker add-on is backordered.

Im currently on my 3rd try at installing a water line for the refrigerator i purchased over a month ago. I explained the situation that my refrigerator is on tje opposite side of the sink and the message was no relayed to the installer. When it was delivered they said needed site inspection and nothing was done. They said they would call to set up and no call. I had to go back in to reschedule the install. Got an appointment for the install and they came 4 hours late. Again they said no site inspection so they dont have enough time to do it. They did the site inspection and they refused to install under my house and came up with another somution that will add $250 and have to go throught my cabinets, into the pantry, out tbe pantry, over the doorway, and down to the regrigerator. Ill give you a call to reschedule. Still no call now have to go back and reschedule again.

Best Buy has been out 3 TIMES and still has not hooked up my waterline, which I paid to have done! I had to pay a plumber to hook up my EXISTING LINE. Best Buy had every excuse in the book AND the 2 times they came out to hook up the water line....it leaked both times and now has ruined my kitchen flooring, which now I have to have replaced! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER APPLIANCE FROM them again! I keep getting the run around from them and their insurance company. I WILL NEVER Recommend them to anyone I know!

The installation of the refrigerator was not completed at this time. Nor was the installation of the waterline. The fridge has been delayed since May (I am aware of supply chain problems), but I haven't been able to get confirmation that the warranty will start when I receive it or when I paid for it (4 months ago) nor whether it will actually be here in Sept. It was delayed a second time in July without forewarning.

The installation guys were prompt. I was working from home and they were very quiet and installed the new refrigerator as quickly as possible. I would definitely use them again.

We absolutely love our new LG refrigerator/freezer. It seems so much roomier than our last appliance. Also, we love the black stainless steel color.

Due to the lack of effective communication between Best Buy and their installers, this New Ice Maker Water Source was never installed. After five (yes five) reschedules on both Best Buy and the installers I ended up cancelling the service and installed the unit myself (took me some time, but I eventually was successful in the installation). WARNING to all those considering Best Buy installation services... buyer beware. -John

Great installers! They were very friendly and hooked up everything. They even explained how to use the refrigerator and how to change the water filter in the future. They also wore masks and shoe coverings, thank you.

I buy a refrigerator I pay for the installation. The guy didn’t wanna install it the waterline with the icemakercause he didn’t wanna make a whole my home which I own.

Installer did a professional installation. So far, no leaks.

Installed fridge just fine, but didn't even make an attempt to install the waterline. Eyeballed it and said it was too far from the valve, marked the job as "Complete" forcing me to jump through hoops to get my money back for the waterline install.

My Install went absolutely great!! The appointment was very easily setup and the technician arrived on time without delay! I was pleased with the process.

Don’t bother wasting your time and just hire a local plumber. After being rescheduled they finally showed up. Spent a whole five minutes here and told us they couldn’t do it unless we replaced our entire basement ceiling. They then said they would put it down for another reschedule and we would have to call and cancel in a few days after we decide we don’t want a new ceiling. Not really sure why they didn’t just cancel but I called and after spending 45 minutes on the phone was finally able to get it canceled and had a local plumber out 15 minutes later and got it in working order without a new ceiling crazy huh. It was half the price as well.

The delivery of the refrigerator was really fast and easy. However, the waterline installation could not be completed due to our reverse osmosis tank. So keep that in mind.

Installation went well. They came out the next day and installed my water line for the refrigerator. Now I have fresh cold water and ice to quench my thirst
