The installation guys were prompt. I was working from home and they were very quiet and installed the new refrigerator as quickly as possible. I would definitely use them again.

Don’t bother wasting your time and just hire a local plumber. After being rescheduled they finally showed up. Spent a whole five minutes here and told us they couldn’t do it unless we replaced our entire basement ceiling. They then said they would put it down for another reschedule and we would have to call and cancel in a few days after we decide we don’t want a new ceiling. Not really sure why they didn’t just cancel but I called and after spending 45 minutes on the phone was finally able to get it canceled and had a local plumber out 15 minutes later and got it in working order without a new ceiling crazy huh. It was half the price as well.

Installation went well. They came out the next day and installed my water line for the refrigerator. Now I have fresh cold water and ice to quench my thirst

When the refrigerator was delivered, the line was not installed because the ice maker was not included. When the ice maker was deliver, they came back to install the line, and now it was not in their forte to connect the line unless a plumber laid a copper line through the cabinets to the tune of $500 on top of the cost of this installation. Basically, if your water line is going to have to be run through cabinets, don't purchase as they will not install it. They will however mark that the service was completed making getting a refund a lot harder.

2 different reviews. The drop off and install of fridge was horrible. The delivery people didn’t seem to know what they were doing. There was a ding on the stainless steel door from bringing inside. The actual install of water line was great.

Installation team came on time and work efficiently.

The installation took 3 different visits for a simple job. When the water line was installed, the guy didn't connect it to my fridge because "that wasn't his job." But, after he left, the water line to my dishwasher had issues. He came back, reconnected it and tried to say that he didn't break it to begin with, but he was the only one who touched the water lines. Poor customer service.

The technician arrived prepared to install the waterline. I didn't much care about automating the fridge but appreciate having the filtered water dispenser, and filtered ice cubes. Quick. Satisfactory job.

The two men sent to install my water line were professional, courteous, and hard working. Thye not only installed the water line, but placed all things they moved back into place, swept my floors and wiped down all surfaces they touched. I would highly recommend them.

I was not happy with my refrigerator install. Sending guys out to complete kept getting the run around. Just got installed February 2024. Delivered in January 2024. They never offered anything. Poor service The last two guys that came to my house to install was very nice from the geek squad. I will never purchase any appliances from Best Buy.

The team did a good job. One best buy store offered the service for free while another tried to charge for the installation. Make sure you check this before your purchase. There are too many competitors willing to install fridges for free if you purchase from their store.

I like the refrigerator but it’s a lot smaller than I thought .

The delivery guys were such professionals. They were able to problem solve and knew exactly how to get the refrigerator in through a tight space and installed quickly, all while being safe. Highly recommend!

We had no water line at all so techs came in g placed one in no time at all, it was fast & easy.

The serviceman provides excellent customer. They arrived on time and were very helpful. They were very respectful, and I will be using this service again. I highly recommend this service.

They were very careful bringing in my fridge and didn't damage the door

The delivery of the refrigerator was really fast and easy. However, the waterline installation could not be completed due to our reverse osmosis tank. So keep that in mind.

We absolutely love our new LG refrigerator/freezer. It seems so much roomier than our last appliance. Also, we love the black stainless steel color.

The installers were great! Also, saved me money and time because I already had a water line behind the old refrigerator. They just had to hook it up! :)

Great delivery and installation of fridge and waterline. The waterline was installed by a 3rd party that is used by Best Buy, but they did a great job. They were also finished in a timely manner.
