The delivery and install people were great. Fast knowledgeable nice people.

Zero stars. They have not completed the installation. They have been out twice, looked at the tile floor and the first time said they needed to come back with the right drill bit. During the rescheduled appointment they told me that I needed to hire someone else to come and drill the hole in the floor and then reschedule an appointment for them to come back and finish the job. They said I would be getting a call the next day to reschedule and no one has called in over a week. I tried to reschedule on line, but it would not let me. I have purchased several appliances from Best Buy over many years and this has been the worst experience I have ever had.

It was put in really fast. It just makes noises when you get water.

The contractor was courteous and professional and completed the job in a timely manner! The communication on deliver installation was great and they were on time!! I was very pleased with this service!!

My Install went absolutely great!! The appointment was very easily setup and the technician arrived on time without delay! I was pleased with the process.

Best Buy used a 3rd party vendor (Mr SOS) to install the the water line to my new fridge. During the installation, the technician hit a pipe, causing a leak. The repair required many phone calls and emails (they never replied to any of my emails), and three separate visits by a plumber, and 1 1/2 weeks of NOT being able to use my kitchen sink.

I have not received my refrigerator yet but Beltchin, the sales person was excellent. He explained everything and set up a convenient delivery time. I’m looking forward to receiving a new refrigerator.

I am very disappointed. I paid for water line materials and installation, but I still don’t have a water line. I can’t start the ice maker without it. One end of the line was installed but the other end is not. I’m at a loss to know how to handle this. The installer seemed to suggest the age of my house (1960’s) might be the problem. But I feel this should not prevent proper installation.

We recently purchased the Samsung package for our older style home... so, as expected there were a few issues when the new appliances arrived... With that said, the Best Buy team found a way to get everything installed and operating correctly... Great Job!

Installer did a great job. Rather than putting a kind hose all around the kitchen as my last installer did he went through a nearby wall to the bathroom sink! Great idea!

The installers were professional and efficient They replaced what I had with a more durable water line.

They said that because I have finished ceilings that they couldn’t run the line. I asked if they could just drill a hole to run it and said they weren’t allowed to do that. THEY HAD NO PROBLEM SAWBLADING MY WALL OR BREAKING THE VALVE FOR MY WATER MAIN but drilling a dime sized hole, not allowed. I’m beyond furious. Due to the pandemic I had to wait for this line to be installed but no one told me there were certain conditions my home had to meet.

Working with 3rd parties is always a hassle, but Best Buy's 3rd party install of water lines for fridge went as smooth as i could possibly go. Definitely satified with their service.

The team that drop the refrigerator and great and pick up th old one were inside and out in 20 minutes. They work fast and cleaned up the loose cardboard. Thank you Best Buy.
