Working with 3rd parties is always a hassle, but Best Buy's 3rd party install of water lines for fridge went as smooth as i could possibly go. Definitely satified with their service.

Third party who installed water line punctured water line and developed a leak discovered that night. Had to pay for plumber which has not been resolved along with damage to items in basement. Family had to be relocated since the only way to stop leak was to turn main water valve off. No running water till the next day. Per plumber valve installed was not up to code.

The team that drop the refrigerator and great and pick up th old one were inside and out in 20 minutes. They work fast and cleaned up the loose cardboard. Thank you Best Buy.

Technician took the time to show how to replace valve or how to add filter for ice maker on fridge. He did a great job with everything, he was professional and very knowledgable

Service on second install was excellent. Service techs were knowledgeable and competent. Gave me good advice and very service oriented.

They said that because I have finished ceilings that they couldn’t run the line. I asked if they could just drill a hole to run it and said they weren’t allowed to do that. THEY HAD NO PROBLEM SAWBLADING MY WALL OR BREAKING THE VALVE FOR MY WATER MAIN but drilling a dime sized hole, not allowed. I’m beyond furious. Due to the pandemic I had to wait for this line to be installed but no one told me there were certain conditions my home had to meet.

We recently purchased the Samsung package for our older style home... so, as expected there were a few issues when the new appliances arrived... With that said, the Best Buy team found a way to get everything installed and operating correctly... Great Job!

waterline was installed correctly and works just great

The tech showed up as scheduled and needed to upgrade the old connections we had. Was supposed to call within a week to reschedule. Never heard and I’ve been calling them - The Install Guys’ and the voice mailbox is full. Called Best Buy 800 number twice - still waiting to hear back. 800 said they left messages trying to get in touch with them to call me. Going on month #2. Would like to resolve.

There was 3 different groups of guys that came to install the water line. They stole my existing copper line, installed the plastic line incorrectly which caused a leak. This leak dripped into a storage box full of my photography equipment destroying everything in the box. When the 3rd set of guys came a week later to finally fix the leak in the water line they were rude, disrespectful and tried to get me to not put in a claim for my destroyed items. This install company is horrible and the installers are simply incompetent.

The installers were great. Very careful with moving things and not damaging anything. They wore their facemasks in the house. Only issue at all was that they didn't lock it down so it wouldn't free roll.

This service was used to install a new water line at out house where an old one existed from 20 years ago. It was quick, checked forleaks and very informative. No issues!

Installation was awesome. They worked with me on when they could deliver to align with my schedule.

I was worried to purchase because of so many bad reviews & my fridge was on a wall opposite from my sink. But it’s working great. They were able to drill a hole in the floor to the water line in the basement!

The installer, Rory, kept me informed as to specific time they would be here. They showed up on time. They were very courteous and professional. And did a great job installing the new refrigerator.
