They said that because I have finished ceilings that they couldn’t run the line. I asked if they could just drill a hole to run it and said they weren’t allowed to do that. THEY HAD NO PROBLEM SAWBLADING MY WALL OR BREAKING THE VALVE FOR MY WATER MAIN but drilling a dime sized hole, not allowed. I’m beyond furious. Due to the pandemic I had to wait for this line to be installed but no one told me there were certain conditions my home had to meet.

They showed up ahead of time which it was awesome! Much needed when it was a couple days before Christmas made my day. They did a great job

0 stars forced to give one. After 4 attempts to have geek squad install a ice maker. Massive leaks no ice no still doesn't work. Numerous calls to Setauket ny store requesting to speak to management never got to. Big runaround terrible service. When they came 4x reading instructions on how to do it I should have known to hire an actual plumber.

The installers were great. Very careful with moving things and not damaging anything. They wore their facemasks in the house. Only issue at all was that they didn't lock it down so it wouldn't free roll.

We recently purchased the Samsung package for our older style home... so, as expected there were a few issues when the new appliances arrived... With that said, the Best Buy team found a way to get everything installed and operating correctly... Great Job!

The installer did an excellent job setting up a new water line from my sink to the new refrigerator.

Easy installation - ran a new water line, adjusted level, on time, quick completion. The 2 workers were quick and courteous - a nice experience.

Expensive, but the water dispenser works very well.

Ice maker Water line too Short , solution = Drill short path thru NEW cabinets and splice water line over stove junction box. Line is so short you have to turn off water and disconnect to access the back of the refrigerator to clean. line so short the stove no longer can be pushed in to the wall. Water line strung thru NEW cabinets with "inches" from the back wall and the floor of the cabinet. called to have it corrected appt scheduled, NO SHOW NO CALL ... Thinking TOTAL DISASTER.......

I was worried to purchase because of so many bad reviews & my fridge was on a wall opposite from my sink. But it’s working great. They were able to drill a hole in the floor to the water line in the basement!

The installer, Rory, kept me informed as to specific time they would be here. They showed up on time. They were very courteous and professional. And did a great job installing the new refrigerator.

The installer did not have correct coupling to fit the flex line to the existing soft copper tubing. He departed and did not return because the refrigerator was not actually delivered. The Baltimore, MD delivery personnel were unwilling to bring the refrigerator in because they had only 12 minutes for delivery and removal of refrigerator. The delivery personnel were also were not prepared to comply with Best Buy stated COVID protection protocols, because they told they did not have to wear masks.

Quick and easy, installers were friendly and helpful.

They didnt do the installation correct the first time, didnt measure the water line correctly, and came up short, had to wait two weeks to get another longer water line ourselves then call them to install it :-(

I liked the installer but he did not install up to code. Had to pay an additional $100 to get installation up to code. This should not happen when I had already paid for installation.

They were working the whole time while here. Clean and professional. Liked the work they did.
