Crew that installed our new GE refrigerator were fast and professional. Informed us that we did not need a waterline installation kit and made sure we got a refund for it.

I liked the installer but he did not install up to code. Had to pay an additional $100 to get installation up to code. This should not happen when I had already paid for installation.

The tech showed up as scheduled and needed to upgrade the old connections we had. Was supposed to call within a week to reschedule. Never heard and I’ve been calling them - The Install Guys’ and the voice mailbox is full. Called Best Buy 800 number twice - still waiting to hear back. 800 said they left messages trying to get in touch with them to call me. Going on month #2. Would like to resolve.

Easy installation - ran a new water line, adjusted level, on time, quick completion. The 2 workers were quick and courteous - a nice experience.

Third party who installed water line punctured water line and developed a leak discovered that night. Had to pay for plumber which has not been resolved along with damage to items in basement. Family had to be relocated since the only way to stop leak was to turn main water valve off. No running water till the next day. Per plumber valve installed was not up to code.

The movers/installers did an amazing and professional job with our new fridge. They also moved our old one to the garage for us and made sure it continued to work in the new spot.

Ice maker Water line too Short , solution = Drill short path thru NEW cabinets and splice water line over stove junction box. Line is so short you have to turn off water and disconnect to access the back of the refrigerator to clean. line so short the stove no longer can be pushed in to the wall. Water line strung thru NEW cabinets with "inches" from the back wall and the floor of the cabinet. called to have it corrected appt scheduled, NO SHOW NO CALL ... Thinking TOTAL DISASTER.......

They came exactly when they said they would and installed it perfectly in a very quick period of time. Very impressed with the job and will definitely buy my next appliances from best buy!

The installer did not have correct coupling to fit the flex line to the existing soft copper tubing. He departed and did not return because the refrigerator was not actually delivered. The Baltimore, MD delivery personnel were unwilling to bring the refrigerator in because they had only 12 minutes for delivery and removal of refrigerator. The delivery personnel were also were not prepared to comply with Best Buy stated COVID protection protocols, because they told they did not have to wear masks.

Wow, I thought that it would not be possible to install because of our kitchen lay out. But he did an awesome job of running the line to the basement and back up.

I work nights so it would of taken me 5 months to install these. The crew worked fast and on point. They were polite and cleaned up after them selves. Great work guys.

Installation crew were very professional and clean. My refrigerator is opposite to sink, They pulled the water line from under the floor through basement and back up to the sink.

The gentleman were professional and friendly! Wish I hadn’t bought the extra kit for installation like was recommended but was able to return for credit, so worked out. The guys did a great job

Came in I had no idea where the fridge was going to be connected from ( water line ) because it’s far from the kitchen sink, but he took a look and in less than ten min he was done

The installer was here for all of fifteen minutes. In that time he got everything connected, made sure there were no leaks and even answered all my questions. Great guy!

Great refrigerator ,very cold and extremely well designed

The company that was contracted did an amazing job at installing my new waterline and told me of a potential water line issue on my cold water line. I would hire them all the time if I could.
